That will probably happen my friend. As a friendly reminder, we do not intend harm against Christians in general, just Catholic Missionaries, who I believe are working against the Parthian nation.

The Second Empire, although staunchy anti-Catholic (I split from the church and created my own Christian denomination) see's this as cruel and unnecessary, and will immediately bring it up with fellow allies. The actions taken by Parthia are brutal and without reason, no matter what the Parthian administration claims.

We are simply banning missionaries from spreading their faith into Parthia at the expense of Parthian culture, is that so wrong? We don't proseletyze and neither should anyone else. No executions will occur unless the missionaries fragrantly refuse to leave Parthia after a month.

This is understood and will be taken into consideration - however, past actions do not reflect a benevolent Parthia, and instead gives the image of a tyranny...therefore, our position stands. However, you are completely in the right in this case, and therefore we hold nothing against your action which would require outright belligerence, especially since you are the ally of many of the Empire's own allies.

We find it disturbing that you would do such a thing to Catholics, for Doomingsland is, officialy, a Catholic nation. In order to prevent reprecussions against Zoroastrians living in the Empire, we are ordering those few that still live here to be deported.

We must second our ally, Doomingsland's concern about this to the Shah, whilst we respect you as a valued and proven ally such actions can only lead to potential problems between our two peoples. We would suggust that so long as the Shah keeps from persecuting Catholics, we will have no issue with this policy.

I am not pursecuting anyone. I simply have introduced a law to ban missionary activities of several churches beginning with the Catholic Church. We are a non-proseletyzing people and would prefer that missionaries not try to undermine Persian culture and values. Now, I am furthering the ban to all religious organizations from proseletyzing in Parthia. Please understand, we will not execute anyone, if need be, I can deliver all missionaries into your hands.

I agree; though other steps may be taken to check and balance the powers of the churches, such as seperation from political affairs and taxation.
