It's intent is primarily to better the capabilities of lesser-advanced nations, as well as to offer advancement and aid to nations with technological deficiencies in select advancement areas.

Contained within are various merchants, diplomats, and officials of numerous NS nations as they look to buy, sell, or trade appropriate technology on the world market(s). All nations are encouraged to participate.

If you have a technology you wish to enter into the exchange and offer in this convention, please feel free to list it, and I will make it avaliable on the following list. All technological knowledge is the posession of the offering nation until sold or traded per mutual agreement.

Nations offering technological knowledge are listed behind the appropriate technology.

Well, we discovered the time travel stuff accidentally. We were actually trying to go to another dimension but ended up on earth of 60 million years ago. And that had interesting conseqeunces since we blew up a meteor that was supposed to have killed off a lot of the prehominid primate species.

Well, I'm not sure how necessary all that is to Tessen -- specifically, but if you are interested, I would be happy to add such an offering to the list of available technology here in the convention? Perhaps another nation may be interested in trading or buying rights to such a technology.

And, actually, Tessen already has the tech to add lasers to our own currently inactive oribital weaponry. As a relatively non-militaristic nation, such weapons are currently deactivated.

Tessen would, however, be quite interested in learning more about this "space planes" technology you are offering. And, what, may we ask, is this "Black Box Project"? :)

We would prefer access to every technology listed, and we do realize it won't be cheap, but the technology we feel is most important to us is listed in bold for your purposes. Italics indicate seconary importance; normal print indicates technologies that we're interested in but that are low on our priority list.

As for our drilling technology, we are willing to sell that to the Republic of Tessen for $770 billion USD, which may be paid in annual installments of $193.5 billion USD if you wish. Please note that if you choose to pay in installments, we insist on taking 3% of any revenues derived from this technology as royalties/interest while you are still making payments on it. Please keep in mind that this technology was very expensive to develop (namely due to the extreme high pressure and proximity to magma at such depths), though diamonds are not uncommon 40,000 feet below the Earth's surface. Indeed, in many places, this technology is capable of drilling directly to the Earth's mantle.

Once you pay us off, the technology is completely yours, with one exception. You may not use, or reverse engineer, this technology for military use.

Before you balk at the costs, keep in mind that we are looking to buy technology on a massive scale ourselves, which means your treasury may very well come out ahead. We are assuming that the other technologies offered in this conference did not cost as much to develop.

But, the truth of the matter is, the list is supposed to seem broad. If I got extremely detailed and broke each item down into all it's little unimportant details, the original convention list would go on forever! Just use your realistic modern-day imagination. It's pretty easy to figure out what might be included under such a listing. Besides, the idea is, if it's something that interests you, you'll have to talk to the nation offering the tech anyway. They are, afterall, the best source of all the details.
