Mostly local, though a few exchange students would be fine, too... but yes, mostly locals.

I wouldn't mind doing an exchange student from my nation.
Locals are boring, lol.
Besides, it adds flavour when the forigners get in.
No interest in taking this byond the RP itself though, so any exchange student from my nation can be shot up, I won't take it personally.

And I'm trying to get some interaction going. Kinda hard with the angle I chose to RP from, but I think it will help things get interesting.
Oh, and who is actually doing the shooting? And why?

Good. It would be pretty funny, to my sick mind anyway, to have a loner exchange student actualy ineracting with the other students on a day where such a bad thing happens.
