In an effort to break away from the constant bickering between NATO, the RWC, and other random alliances and nation blocks (such as decisive action) the Macabees has decided to begin an initiative in creating the IADF, named after the successful attempt before, which broke apart after a while of stability.

The IADF is designed to serve as a defensive and, within reason, offensive alliance, for the protection, stability and prosperity of member nations. However, a set charter does not exist, as the Macabees will make sure to follow the path of the old IADF and allow the members of said alliance to work together to write their own charter with the guidance of the Macabees, who will introduce a skeleton charter, in which the nations can evolve on, counter, agree on, etc, in subsequent talks.

As a consequence the description of the alliance is vague - however, it is expected, and wanted ,that nations do join, for the sake of national protection, and the forging of the "neutral" alliance, and an attempt to democratize international relationships.

The talks for the creation of the charter will be held when the roster of those interested in joining jump to the number of at least twenty. At that point I'll make a forum and host the talks there.

The only requirements now is that you actively aid in the forming of the charter - and after the charter is formed, that you follow it loyally.

As it stands, a coalition of forces designed for the defense and assitance of all is an idea that has since countless repitiations throughout history. Credonia, the founding father of the original IADF, and one of the founding fathers of the second IADF is more than pleased to see that this famous and historic alliance is being reborn. However, Credonia is vehemently opposed to the membership of Communist Louisiana and The Fedral Union becauise of all that they stand for. Credonia believes with a passion that nations such as those, do not reflect the image that the IADF did, and should have, and the entry of such nations would be a severe impediment upon the actions and image of such an illustrious and legendary alliance.

Because of this position the agreement of the entrance of both of those nations is slowed, and it will be opened to a review by the other members... the IADF will respond with the news A.S.A.P.

As a free, socially conscious nation, however, Myself and my fellow citizens are slightly disturbed at the membership of this alliance, as it has been brought to the Intelligene Corps foriegn office's attention that nation's such as Communist Lousiana have been granted membership.

The Parliament of West Pacific has voted 656-311 to give the President Johannes Griesler full power to decided whether West Pacific will or will not attempt to join this reformed IADF. Having heard said news the President met with his council and after what appeared to be several hours of heated debate between the Secretary of Defense, Secretary of State and Secretary of the Treasury the President announced that West Pacific will apply to join the IDAF.

OCC: I am also wondering about this. CL is conducted as a primarily defensive type military with few to no offensive campaigns.

The reason why I believe that Communist Louisiana and The Federal Union should be DENIED membership into this alliance is because of the simple fact that CL has a past history of being an aggressor nation and one who abuses the human rights of the people within its colonies. It has openly attacked and taken over African nations and is widely known throughout the NS world as a nation that is indeed racist. Past actions include the slaughter and massacre of blacks (mainly in africa). CL is also a big enemy to nations that are allied to both of our nations, and i know that for a fact. Letting CL in as a member would be detramental to the stability of this and all alliances that we are currently in at this time.

First off, you are confusing Communist Louisiana with COMMUNIST MISSISSIPPI. . Communist Louisiana has NEVER had nor probably never will have troops in Africa. If you can prove that Communist Louisiana has slaughtered Africans, or that we have landed troops in Africa we will give you all the territory controlled by Communist Louisiana.

Next off, I have NEVER killed any races in Communist Louisiana nor any other nation. Matter-o-fact Third off, I have never truely been at a large scale war. My nation keeps to itself pretty much and thats the way it has been since the Red Flag rose above New Orleans.

The Federal Republic of Bonstock is very interested in this new alliance, and sees it as a step forward. The world is too controlled by the large alliances such as NATO and RWC, the latter of which Bonstock recently disassociated with. We are not sure about our current path; we are presuming we should simply go on that armed neutrality, but we will consider membership in this alliance as an option for future ventures.
