-Kingdom of Sichuan-
In an effort to secure power in Sichuan. The Xiannese government contributed millions of dollars in rebuilding Chengdu, and Chongqing into remarkable CHinese cities. The Kingdom of Sichuan has chosen Chengdu as the Capital city. Sichuan, under the Sichuan Reform policy was to modernize Sichuan completely. The neighbor South of Sichuan, Sino, is also a threat in terms of territorial rights. Sichuan therefor has more than 120,000 troops, and has also obtained Xiannese assitance with 40,000 troops. The troops' primary role was to boost morale of its citizens, an effort to 'cheer them up' from the Southern Tiger. Sichuan, bonded by a marriage between the Chuang-Hanese princess, and Sichuanese Prince now reside in Sichuan's Chongqing Palace complex and heads

The Xiannese government has planned to hold an international banquet in Beijing where the beautiful palace may once serve as China's heart and soul. Invitations were sent out to all national leaders and officials, except for Hudecia.

Nepal, and The Quintonnian America were also invited. The banquet was a privately planned by the Imperial Family, and according to the Federal Laws, the banquet, having represented the Chinese and the government will obtain necessary support from the Government as well as part of the Reputation Act, where to that the Imperial Family has control of some of the foreign policies.

OOC:Who wants to RP in the banquet? Some things included are future references of Xiaguo, and besides, we're on a mission to united Asia, and also want to make peace with Europe.

PRS Ambassador Nishimura accepts invitation to the banquet on behalf of Spyr.

She also seeks to propose the signing of a friendship treaty between China and the nations of Lyong... a growing Chinese nationalist sentiment may be pleased that the Spyran proposal is an iteration of the Five-Principles put forward by China's Zhou Enlai many years ago: mutual respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity, mutual non-aggression, non-interference in each other's internal affairs, equality and mutual benefit, and peaceful coexistence.

Inquiries are also made over wether Xiaguo intends to further push against the Quinntonian-Hudecian imperialist forces who so brutally assaulted China in recent months.

Gemmei Hiranuma, head priest of life and now Minister of Health and Welfare, will be attending with a simple honour guard. She is insistant that the Asian North needs to allying against threatening foreign Imperialist powers that were even so bold as to attack one of the China's.

President Wu Shin-kua of Singapore has designated a special envoy, Li Zhou, to attent the confrence. His mission will be to attend the confrence and then open up a new diplomatic mission in Xiaguo.

Spyran queries become more specific, centering around wether Xiannese naval assets might be willing to deploy against imperialist ships seeking to force open the claimed territorial waters of Asian nations.

The Xiannese simply responded, "The fastest will get there." hinting, that more than the navy will be there. "We can assure you, it is only by means of aid, and never for our own agressive will." announced the Emperor, after seeing that trust still needs to be rebuild.

The Xiannese fleet were completely rebuilt, and hundreds of ships refitted right in time just months before the Hudecians attacked Qingdao and Dalian. The Eastern fleet has chosen Tianjin as the fleet headquarters, and the Bohai fleet will remain in Dalian.

Russia will be sending the President himself, Vladimir Putin, within two days, to negotiate with the Xiannese a possible lowering tensions in the region, and to discuss economic and military cooperation.

To start off the Banquet, thousands of youth from all over Northern China's schools marched through Tiananmen Square carrying flags, wooden guns. The sight was overwhelming with 20 Marching bands playing the same Nationalistic music in unison.

We welcome you to China. We are here to discuss current matters concerning Xiannese Economics, and the new changes in policies.

Can anyone explain to me how I became implicated in the attacks on China? Not a single Quinntonina soldier or aircraft was involved. Not a cent was spent even in supplying the aggressors. Oh, wait, I seem to remember that I tended to some of the wounded. dastardly deed that it was. Wait, it was wounded from both sides. Hmmmm.
Oh, right, I'm, like, western n'stuff. Yes, I should be.....uh....leashed. It is true, I am running amuck. What with all the humanitarian aid, and feeding the starving, sheltering the poor, and handing out Bibles.

They would like to improve international relations between the powers and perhaps talk about opening up your markest to major Quinntonian trade at some piont.

"Emperor, while I am happy to report that our economy is looking ready for a boom thanks to your investments, I have a few more things I'd like to discuss with you. First, could you ease off the anti-western rhetoric? I wish to ally myself with Chinese nations, but you must understand that I walk a fine diplomatic line between the west and the east. Second...Mmm...Could someone pass the soy sauce? Mmm..Thanks...I knew you could get the best Chinese food in China...Anyway, I would also wish to discuss military affairs. Mainly, I'm looking to introduce a proposal soon of joint military exercises with various nations in Siberia, as to rebuild my military, and was wondering if you would like to participate. Sino has already shown interest, but I would hate to seem biased and only have their nation represent China there. Speaking of Sino, how are your relations? Publicly, the rhetoric has been intensifying, and I need to know if this amounts to more than mere saber rattling. And finally, we would like to come to some sort of deal regarding the remaining Marimaian states. After the collapse of that regime, it has left the area open to...foreign interests. Specifically, I would be interested in working with Xiaguo to carve out spheres of influence."

Peru's Foreign Minister Alvarado Vasquez looked around, bewildered that he'd even been sent to Asia; still, he'd been well briefed by the foreign policy consultant hired by his government, so he knew who the key players were.

"Mr. Putin, would Peruvian businessmen be allowed to invest in Russia? We have several highly successful entrepreneurs who would love to expand into your markets and help rebuild your economy."

Vasquez kept looking around in an attempt to locate the Quinntonian delegates, as President Ramirez had an offer for him to present.

"Yes sesame chicken, mde just for you Mr. Putin. (Passes Soy Sauce). A joint millitary exercise is possible and we are very happy to accept your invitation. There is nothing wrong between The Northern and Southern Chinas, just maybe a little jumpy in the current political changes Xiaguo has made currently. Its funny that you ask that question. Anti-Western feelings may only be of my populous, and I cannot force them to love anyone."commented the Emperor.

"I love sesame chicken. Actually, I survived on this stuff in my college days, but that's a story for another time. I plan to announce these joint exercises soon, and am quite pleased that you are willing to participate. As for the anti-western rhetoric...Excuse me your highness, but I know very well that a statw with...your particular brand of government tends to have much control over the media...No matter. I am glad that the North-South tensions aren't more than just hot air. It just seemed that your acceptance of Communism and the Sinoese crackdown occured at eerily parallel times..."

He turned away from the Emperor for a moment, to speak to the Peruvian ambassador.
