I the Chancellor of Teodoric am formally asking all arms suppliers to show me what they've got.

Everything from Naval, to Air, to Guns

Army is roughly 600, 000 men strong
Navy is roughly 200, 000 men strong
Airforce is roughly 200,000 men strong

Your numbers are way too big, even if that is with all your logistics and stuff. right now your military is about 20% of your pop. really as a new nation you should only have about 2% of your pop in your military, which is about 100,000 if you just started today, which I am assuming you did. Then you need to take whatever percentage you want to put in the army, navy, and maybe an airforce, but in reality you wouldnt have much money to spen on ships so you should probably build up an army, have a few interceptors for defense and leave your navy alone until you get large enough to support it.
