XGA Kirby was sitting down to a nice dinner on Fizroe Island. It was a pleasant, quiet night. The last part of Sel Appa not under socialist control. Although, Chairman Vladmir said he will let the XGA stay if he keeps to himself. Also on the island was XA Juvanya. He was resting in bed at the time, a few blocks from the restaurant.
A guard came into the restaurant and warned Kirby to leave. It took a few minutes of persuasion, but he agreed to leave. As the XGA was escorted out of the restaurant several shots rang out. Guards looked up and around. Army remnants grabbed their rifles and pointed them along building tops. A volley shot out and knocked a guard over. A bullet grazed XGA Kirby's arm drawing blood slightly.
Another volley shot through, several bullets dug into the XGA. He collapsed and two ambulances(sp?) raced towards him. They scooped him up and rushed him to Ilrac Hospital.
XGA Kirby was last reported unconcious with a weak heartbeat and faint breathing. A feeding tube has been applied. No further news has been released.

The Chairman officially condemned the "barbaric treasonous act" and said that his administration was not involved. The populace seems to think otherwise:
