Protocols for Embassy structure of a nation wishing to build an embassy in Mississippian controlled territory or in Mississippi himself:

All embassies are to located on a plot of land not to exceed 200 acres, the building(s) may occupy any amount of this land.

However a space must be left in the middle large enough to land 4 Mi-24 helicopters simultaneously so that the embassy can be retaken by MSAAS or SRG should it ever be seized by terrorists hostile to the nation to which the embassy belongs.

No landmines, claymores, or other explosive devices may be placed in or around the embassy, or even present at the embassy.

No explosive weapons of any sort (grenades, RPGs, etc) are allowed to be in the guards possession. No caliber rifle above 5.56 mm (.223) may be in the guards possession. The limit of guards is ten (10) per embassy. No machine gun is permitted regardless of caliber, only rifles (ie, Galil, M-16, G-36, etc) Only two of the guards may have rifles, the rest may have either pistols or sub-machine guns.

The wall around the embassy compound may be no higher than ten (10 feet tall) and may consist of concrete, cement, brick, etc. The top of the wall may have razor wire at the discretion of the nation to which the embassy belongs.

Razor wire may not be placed anywhere except along the top of the wall. The front gate may be steel, concrete, etc, at the discretion of the nation to whom the embassy belongs.

There shall be no underground military facilities beneath embassies and the embassy may not be used as a training facility or exercise facility for armed forces of any nation without express permission of the Mississippian government.

Since when has any technological disparity, real or imagined, prevented nations from interacting with one another and forming some form of cohesive international relationship? Let us consider the age of the Cold War as the Soviet Union and the United States were brought into contact with nations that were frequently several decades less advanced in terms of infrastructure. Both the Soviet Union and the United States were able to conduct diplomacy with a majority of the globe's nations despite this fact, and in fact diplomacy to this day always involves nations with some form of technological disparity.

Also, in essence, diplomacy is about examining the laws of other nations and how their ramifications will affect a target society. Laws are the basis of how larger state structures are formed and, outside of the structures of leadership and the greater political nation, generally define what a nation represents to the greater world. To ask us to infringe on our law would ask us to say that we must give up our independence as a governing body and a legitimate state. Now I know that you will more than likely respond with: 'But what about your infringement of Mississippian law,' and to that I have the following response. Based on your earlier actions, I find your comments about 'caring about the soverignty of others' laughable. You will find that when it comes down to the basics, their laws mattered more. By refusing to fill in the form, citing pathetic laws as your reasons, you were insulting Mississipi and their laws and, later, claiming that you will 'work it out in a diplomatic fashion'

However, having seen some positive actions taking place since then, I apologise to Mr Schultz and hereby invite him round for a coffee. ;)
