You shouldn't have set it up so that someone could use your account without your permission. His actions reflect upon yours while he's logged into your country.

OOC: This is true, Sarzonia, but perhaps he did not set it up to allow his 'friend' access deliberately. Is it not possible that this 'friend' of his simply obtained his login information through other means?

He had to create another country to continue RPing.

OOC: Yeah, I think that happened back in my first stint on NS, but I just can't recall for sure. Nevertheless, we shall have to wait and see how this one is judged by the Moderators.

He is an idiot and again I apollogize, he used my computer without my permission and did all this, then did more at home, to say the least, he's not my friend anymore.
