The Empire of Cotland use the F/A-22A Raptor for interceptor use, and are very pleased with it's preformances. You can find the Raptor in just about any storefront here.

If you are using modern, I highly recommend the KR-03 Boreas highspeed, high altitude interceptor. They are availiable for only $65 million each.

Thanks! I'm kinda working between modern and near-future...mostly modern. Any more suggestions?

if you want to use near-future, i could supply you with my XT7915, home designed multi-role fighter, but it's not really all that good, becasue my military uses pretty much only magnetic tech, and that doesnt make for good fast fighters.

We offer you our YF-100 Glaive interceptor.
It may be a little more expensive then normal, but we believe it is worth it, and have had it in very effective service for some time. As well, we have had good feedback from other nations about it.
As well, the high speed and altitude capabilities of the YF-100 make it ideal for interception roles.

If the YF-100 is a little pricey for your needs, something we would understand completely, then perhaps you would be interested in our FJ-12 air superiority fighter? It should be able to easily take on the role as an interceptor.

Let me know if this offer interests you.

Commanding Officer of Trade Department,
Feild Marshal Fidelos Ashurban

OOC: The two fighters are avalible in my storefront, in my sig. Just scroll down past the ships.

Recognising that Bergist is seeking a purely defensive aircraft, as opposed to the previously proposed aerial superiority fighters, McLeodian Aeronautical Industries offers their latest aircraft, the F-125HD Ulysses. Based on the venerable and capable F-114 airframe, the Ulysses uses much lighter weight systems, and a dramatically reduced fuel load, in order to fulfil a home-defence or interceptor role.
