The Emperor sat at his desk whistling when stuart walked in calmly, as he rarely did, and handed him a piece of Paper. He stood tall and the Emperor grabbed it looking down on it. He grinned. He Grabbed his Gold Pen and wrote:

He put the cap back on the pen and placed it on its special holder on the front of his desk. He began to whistle again and handed the paper back to Stuart who calmly left. The Emperor was overly happy, and Stuart was far too graceful. The Emperor stood up and pressed a button on his phone. "Im ready Karen." he said into the phone. Just then two Asian Women walked in and began to Put the Imperial Robes on, as they were far too large for the Emperor to do himself. When they finished the Emperor thaked them and gave a quick kiss on the cheek to them both, and sent them away.

2 Hours Later....

Camera flashed and Music sounded. The Emperor walked out blinded by the lights and stepped up to the Podium. He smiled shuffled some papers and began to speak:

"On this day the Holy Senate has decreed that the Island of Sri Lanka is to be taken from Yafor 2. It is a suitable Island for the military, tourists, and the Royal Family. We are prepared to pay no more than 200 Billion Imperial Credits(USD equivelant) for the Island. Should the Yaforian Government reuse to sell it to the Empire, we have an armed force of 2,500,000 to take it. More Troops are indeed at our disposal, but the Island is so tiny, too many Troops will destroy any beauty it has.

by Imperial Decree thre Yafor Government will recieve 500 billion dollars, or face war. In which case we will not stop at Sri Lanka but we shall go Island by Island until the Yaforians are brought to their knees. So we urge the Government to accept the cash and divert a costly war. Thank you."

People clapped and camera's flashed even more than before. The Emperor stepped down and left.

OOC:You do know I am a protectorate of AFRP? And it's YAFORITE, not YAFORIAN.

President Raj Ramprasad stood, after hearing of the news from Golencia. 500 billion dollars! He wouldn't sell it for a buck under 2 trillion. But he needed to delay. He knw these Golencians and he knew what they would do. And he had the best plan to delay with. It was a lucrative offer, to be sure, and he needed some time.

Officil Response to the Yaforite Government:

The Mikosolf Corporation is indeed a good company. We have in fact
signed an alliance with the corporation, however we do know that as a
Protectorate, you have the right to go about your own business. They do not
tell you what to do. However we see that you have a little understanding of
the role of a protectorate. You have only minutes for a decion.

The Emperor ordered his soldiers to prepare for a full scale invasion of the Yaforite controlled Sri Lanka. Should they continuosly resist the Empire would take more than just Sri Lanka. The 3rd and 4th Naval Fleets took either side of the Island and 3 Million Soldiers prepared to attack as shock troops. After which the main force would go in.

OOC: Oh, Yafor, the protection was really more of protection from me (as laid out in secrete in the Oceania Doctrine). As you are still a independent state we cannot really help... (well not against a fellow GDI memeber...).

We sudjest you take the offer. Retreat to lands you control, destroying such a island is wasteful and pointless. There is plenty more lands for which you to hold. Or if not we can take your people as refegues till living quarters can be prepared within other parts of your realm.

OOC:I just realized that I can re-claim a small claim. Wahoo! HAve luck with the land, Golencia. I would have probably gone to war(logistics and reality included, I had a large chance of winning) but AFRP's reaction and my other allies not coming on destroyed it. Bye!

And OOC, I knew the role of protectorate, I just needed time. And that was all I could think of.

We will accept this alliance and are wiring the money. Golencian
Troops will now land on the Island and assert Golencian Control. You have 12
Hours to remove all Yaforite Military Personel.

20,000 Golencian Marines jumped onto the Sri Lankan Shore and began to surge deeper in land as more and more troops were deployed. At the end it mounted up to 200,000 Marines and 100 Tanks.

OOC:Actually your troops would have been tired of war, etc. I'm not in the mood to go through it. Also, you can't "jump on Sri Lanka" you need to take a boat. ;) And if "thay had been there all along" they would have been seen. Anyway, I don't know why I'm saying this. BTW, is there a way I could get into the GDI?

As dusk went down in Colombo, Raj Ramprasad stood, staring at the billowing breeze. Even now, his people left their homeland, to journey. And why? Because of the stupid Golencian Ruben Aragorn! The foolish man would be useless without his stupid GDI and Grays Hill! Fool!

But it was over now. His plans had never gone through and his troops had never conquered. He was getting 500 billion dollars for an embaressment! He turned his eyes to the east, to Port Blair, the new capital of Yaforite Asia. But was it the new captial of the Yaforite Earth III empire? No, as negotiations had begun with the Kenyan governemnt for seceeding(as soon as Sharina approved the claim, of course).

The tide was gone from the north. Yafor 2's energies were gone from Asia, forever. But another continent lay ripe for the taking, a continet in which they would be ahead in. Africa!

OOC: they had been on the Fleet. And we never went to war. And no the GDI is full. We're keeping it to Asian Nations and we really don't feel the need to get larger.

Sri Lanka was now Golencian and forever it should remain. Immediately the Golencian Government began to contsruct Buildings for the Military and set up a Governor's Palace. The Proud Emperor would watch as his reign extended ever so deeper.

The Foolish Yaforites were gone. Had war actually come Golencia wouldn't have called on ally's. Fools, the GDI is for defense. The Emperor enjoyed a good laugh at the trickery he brought to get the Island of Sri Lanka......
