IC: "Hello, I’m Joshua Boulden of the Romandeos News Service, reporting to you live out of the Romandeosian-leased grounds in Pacitalia where Royal Army Pioneers, also called Engineers by some, are starting construction of what will become the first fleet outpost of the Romandeosian Royal Navy. I’m told that this base is one of the first steps in a gradual long-term buildup process for the Royal Armed Forces, and that there will be many more.
It is not clear how long the construction here will take, but it has been believed that it is being timed to coincide with the arrival of naval forces purchased from the Portland Iron Works.
