On this day, I, the Kaiser of Nunaat, decree in my February Manifesto that:
The Nunaatian army, navy, and airforce are being built at an unprecedented rate to ensure the safety of the kingdom along with the safety of the region of Belzac.
In the event of war, the military will be flung into the ring with any allies of the kingdom. The people shall back this manifesto, for their freedoms they have been given can easily be destroyed.
