Emperor Dietrich Rüdolf sat at Parliament listening to the Squables of the Governors of Infinacy. When it was all rested, there was one big issue. That was international relations.
" We must make it a fact that Infinacy is a Superpower of Europe, and we must take up the responsibility of being such. We must try to help the lesser powers of Europe, but how? " One had said
" We must make alliances with those we favor! " Another had replied
" No, we mustn't pick favorites. That would be to much like the Walklin ages. ( FYI Walklin was the evil Dictator who ruled Infinacy when I first claimed lands here ) We must submit into a Neutral state, and help those who are lesser in power deal with problems such as Economy and warfare, like...like a peace keeper among nations. " This one had caught the ears and eyes of the Emperor
Dietrich decided it would only be right to step in.
" Governors, Governors. You all make excellent points. We are of such a super power of Europe, and must act as fairly as possible. I think making a Grand alliance through out all of Europe. To protect against invaders from other lands. But we must keep in mind that some nations might not like this. And we must be ready to accept that fact. We must also not let other nations push us around. " The Emperor had said.
The Governors had quited down, all thinking according the same lines. And from that day, Parliament had decided to put this idea into action. Imperial Telegrams were sent throughout Europe, from leader to leader. Awaiting for a response.
