Post-Anarchy Earth (PA Earth)
PA Earth was designned by myself when I thought of the native americans and what if they had advanced, but not too much. Well, here it is.
PA Earth is set in Colonial America before white man even thought of creating the Persian Empire. Yet, these native people know of the lands and resources. They mine ores, but it is only for tools and even than fires are limited.
Cities have been made, and tribes turnned into CityStates as they became more organized. The hostiles in the far west who have lived in Anarchy leaves a door of open opportunity, but could such a small power take a risk? Only you can decide.
The natives are a mixture of all nationalities around, primarily Greek, Persian, and Western European. Mixed in with native americans, and having no outside contact with the European or Asian world, the new governments must become the most powerful to survive.
Sixteen Unions have developed, but are in chaos. The goal is for a single CityState to gain control over an entire Union, which means the defeat of all other CityStates.

Aztec Empire (Controlled Anarchy)
The Aztec Empire is a little different and have already formmed a perfect union. Holding most of Mexico, the Aztecs are extremely poor and weak military-wise due to the fact that after the unitation, the tribal leader died and chaos reignned. The Aztec Empire has 2 million as its population, but is extremely struggling to support even a fifth of that. Their farmming is not as developed as possable either, and its navy consists of merchant vessels trying to make a living off of fish. Being as unique and developed, the Aztec Empire claimmed will have to RP a few amounts of civil order until it can reunite.
The Aztec Empire holds all of Central America and northern South America. Texas and New Mexico are also under their influence but not held strongly enough. Although a single person can claim the Aztec Empire, the Northern Union and Southern Union maybe broken if it would be easiest for RP's sake to help gain control, and than for a state-union as in the Tribel Empire.
Tribel Empire (Delegatary Council)
The Tribel Empire is an other problem child in PA Earth. It is in the large plain areas and is ruled by delegates which represent each city, which in turn, is named after each RL state. The Tribel Empire as a whole is just the delegates from Wisconsin, Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, and Arkansas. Each delegate represents a 120,000 population state, but military is not on the top of the priorities as famine have plagued the lands that have not yet been placed under full argeculutural needs. The Tribel Empire also influences the powers that may errupt in Tennessee, Louisiana, and Kentucky. No one person can claim the Tribel Empire, only a delegate in it. Delegates have the right to create an International Incidents for their empire, or communicate in any other form or way. If not, the empire may break.
Expansion Limits
I am sure people will begin expanding west or inbetween cities, and that is alright, but remember, a 50,000 population city can not claim the entirety of Tennessee, which is why I am asking, for RP's sake (I am not enforcing, however) that you stay within your state unless you have feasible plans or you are planning to invade. Remember, there are anarchy-ridden tribes out there and declairment of war is nothing to them.
If you wish after all the cities have been claimmed, ask to claim an other city that exists in RL in the states shown that touch the Atlantic or Gulf of Mexico (some are exceptions) to allow for more stability and access. When asking for a new city, be sure to include an estimated RL population and what type of government it may have back then. Dictatorship, Electee-Council, ELected Leader, Queendom, Kingdom, Controlled Anarchy, and Pure Anarchy are all your choises. If you want to have an empire in the far west or in the caribbeans (which will not be accepted until later when this gets more active) than you can chose Delegetary Council (if you wish to make a delegate system) or Influenced Command (When a king, queen, or dictator has a council of those from each state to give advise on their behaf). Other governments like communism, alternated hybrids, fascism, and such, are only allowed after strict RPing and detailed information.
Godmodding is not accepted. Main weapons are bows, spears, knifes, and much like that, mainly bone-based with some stone-based. Mining is abled for cities who are in the areas where RL minerals lay, but make it realilistic to this time frame.
Navies consist primarily of ramming ships that have stone fronts (which are expencive and oftenly have one or two-time uses) or transports. Not much more, unless you can get creative. Gunpowder, let alone the essence of sulfur, is not allowed.
Populations will rise and decline, anarchic natives may move in and such, which is why every week or so I will add on to the populations, even if they are not claimed, based on events you, the players as cities, RP that could effect things like that.

Who claims what city. Limit one city per person, and no puppets. Also, the farthest west a customly-claimed city can go is Louisiana and up. Canadian claims are allowed, as being that war is not your views (they did not have heating back then, remember?). You can begin RPing admediatly, given a brief RP, at least five posts, showing how you will run your CityState and your future plans. This will be kept under World History RolePlays for any future referance. If a change in your city errupts, you must update it at that introductary RolePlay.
