"Alright, this is a rather... ehm... strange story. You see, MassPwnage's population of ehmm... Vampires is demanding access to human blood. Unfortunately, the Vampiric front organization, the MassPwnage Vampirism society, just happens to be made up mostly of Goths, Emo Kids and assorted soceital rejects. So, I'm leaving it up to the International Community to decide whether or not to allow this jackasses what they want. Be sure to read the facts below "-The Great Leader Li.

Statement released by the MassPwnage Vampirism Society:

"For too long, have we been denied the blood of humans. (ooc: Lizards and hybrids are immune to vampirization and their blood is poisonous to vampires). Drinking blood is not only a dietary requirement, it is our right, because it is part of our umm... religion!"

Also note: All religious practices in MassPwnage are legal as long as they don't violate rights of others. Also, MassPwnage is currently suffering at this time, a shortage of human blood in its bloodbanks.

The Dominion of Theao wishes to suggest that only those that are true vampires be given access to human blood and only from those who wish to offer it freely to the vampire community.

The Imperium of Akaton encourages the government of MassPwnage to give the Vampires unrestricted access to blood. It is their right to have proper nutrition, and besides, human life is a renewable resource.

ooc: try to understand this, most people in MassPwnage are lizardmen or lizard/human hybrids, which are immune to vampires. In short, there aren't enough humans to go around, and my nation shields its human population.

It is truly tragic that this minority group is denied the sustenance they so require. For a price Rom-Qidya be willing to supply this group blood, either in refrigerated vials or still in the orginal container. This would all be done in accordance to MassPwnage law.

Why don't you tell the actual vampires to suck the blood from Emos and Goths? From previous statements, it seems the MPVS is made up of humans, so there shouldn't be a problem.

Built blood factories. That is my answer. We have blood factories in our country for a long time. Plus, we are helping the Empire of the Demonic Vampires to built blood factories in their lands. One drop of real blood can make a lot of artificial blood.

In response to the crisis at hand, Atsushi Hudson, emperor of Oyaji Fidelis has the following suggestions to offer:

I. - Limit supply to Goth's and Emo's. Vampirical people seem to be the only ones in this crisis who are seriously affected.

II. - Start a Blood Donor program similar to the Organ Donor system on lisences in America (as well as Oyaji Fidelis), albeit one where the person who agrees will have tax breaks (if applicable).

III. - Blood drives may be successful in certain. Consult your advisers.

While Oyaji Fidelis does not condone the drinking of human blood, we're compassionate to your need. Blood drives are being orchestrated by resident Goth's as well as by the N.H.M.A. of Oyaji Fidelis (National Horror Movie Association). Also, many of the Pro Wrestling organizations in Oyaji Fidelis are planning a benefit show to help with your crisis.
