I would like to offer a RP thread based on Starship Troopers
THE BOOK by Heinlein, not the crappy movie. I'll master the game, but I'll give the role of GM to anyone wanting it.
I invite everyone who have read the book or knows ST sci-fi universe, because I don't want to explain the features of equipment.
The most charismatic and tactical guy will be the captain of the team(he\she will receive a command Power-armor), another will be the Psyker(no power armor, but big mind reading and control powers), one will be the medic(normal assault power armor but some extra medical equipment) the other will be soldiers( assault power armor) or explorers(Exploration power armor).
Don't request the MIST power armor (the one that can become invisible).

I loved the book. Are we allowed to be pilots? If so, I'd like to be a starship captain... or is this supposed to exist entirely on the ground?

MUNKIS IZ GUD!I, in my infinate wisdom counted the book release of the films. Pity the person who had to write those. They are better than the films. Although I liked the second one, if only for the gratituous nudity.

Books? I thought heinlien only wrote one. I might be interested... assuming I can base my character either on Valentinian from the Belisarius series or Joachim Steuban from Hammer's Slammers. =) Or a pilot based on yossarian... pity the poor MI grunts who are on HER ship =)

No Endorse: I would like a team RP, and you know that pilots don't see Mobile Infantry very often. But if it's ok for everybody we could be all in the Space Navy.

MI need a ship, and they spent months on them sometimes.

It seems that you guys know a lot more about ST universe. Maybe it's better if one of you become the GM.
