At 7:00 AM this morning the government declared that all of Moronyicka’s homosexuals were to be found and arrested. An hour later and the country had gone into the “lockdown state”. Lockdown State is usually put into order when major arrests are being made; it temporarily shuts down all transportation in and out of Moronyicka.

At 9:00 AM the King announced what was going to happen. He stated that though they didn’t know what the punishment would be yet, criminals who turned themselves in, would receive less severe punishment.

He has given the all gays and lesbians 24 hours to turn themselves in before they would be arrested. The government is currently assembling S.W.A.T teams to search for the offenders.

As the camera came on, the TBN logo filled the entire screen. The pictured then changed to a stadium. The stands we empty but the field was almost filled. In the center of the field was a large piece of concrete in which 25 of the prisoners (16 gays 9 lesbians) were chained to. In front of them were 25 S.W.A.T team members each armed with a M16 set to semi-auto. Behind the shooter there was a podium which the commander of the police department was standing on.

At the podium the commander had a bible and a microphone.

Moronyicka had now cast their lot and when the report of the fleet setting off for Moronyicka reached his desk, he made an announcement from his desk at the Presidential office in the Gray House.

They are attempting to use the Bible to justify the wanton execution of homosexual men and women in their country in spite of economic and military pressure. Passengers are screened and checked at airports? Passengers are screened and checked on boats? Hah! In a country such as Moronyicka such troubles are not impossible to overcome. While a government is corrupt and self destructive her people cannot be just. As is the case in most huge and fearful nation a well greased palm or word of revolution to a sympathetic ear can be as powerful as the most well coordinated military strike. Can you watch over 722 million people with an iron fist? Perhaps you will subject my people to the flawed technology of “polygraph”. A Polygraph simply measures physical comfort and tried to predict a lie. We are a Buddhist nation, to fool a polygraph is child’s play to a master of meditation.

On the slow cruise to Moronyicka, Tach’s hard work had finally paid off, as he knew it would. The young gay engine room mechanic had met with him. Tach added the doctored pictures to an archive file. After talking with the employee for a bit Huy made his way to a flight attendant and whispered his Magnus Opus “I think that guy is Gay, he made a pass at me and mentioned something about gay pornography in his bag, isn’t that illegal?”
A government employee caught with damning pictures on an airplane full of people? This would make the evening news for sure.
Huy then went on his attempt to bribe the stewardess into letting him be a steward for the return trip to his homeland.

NEWS BULLETIN - KNC RADIO:
In a tape recording submitted to KNC Radio, the underground paramilitary unit PSLA (Peoples' Socialist Liberation Army) has declared war on "the fascist rulers of Moronyicka and all their civil accomplices." The PSLA threatens to enter Moronyickan territory covertly and hunt down representatives of the the government.
The Minister of Interior Security could not be reached for a comment on this. In addition, his spokesperson declined to comment on whether or not intelligence services should use of this opportunity to hunt down PSLA members leaving the country.

Nvuah knew Moronyick’s weakness. Moronyick was an island. As with all island nations in the world most natural resources and goods had to be shipped into the country, the soft underbelly of the monstrous giant. Like most other countries the people of Moronyick preferred cheap goods over expensive ones that were the same, this included meat. In the dead of night in a meatpacking plant in a country far away from Moronyick Nyuah unzipped her bag of special tricks. The incriminating photographs of Moronyick’s heads of state engaged in Homosexual acts fell out onto the floor. The photographs were in slide format with heavy lamination on the outside. Nyuah found the meat shipment destined for Moronyick and carefully inserted slides into random meat, they would not show up on metal detectors and it was unlikely they would check thoroughly enough to discover the slides. As I see such actions have not been stopped.
I am herby commiting two BattleCruisers to international waters off of Moronyicka. The two cruisers, the Ereshkigal and the Inanna, are under orders not to engage unless otherwise provoked.
The two cruisers should arive within a few days, as they are currently on active patrol within Ke'Tuna territorial waters.

At 7:00 AM this morning the government declared that all of Moronyicka’s homosexuals were to be found and arrested. An hour later and the country had gone into the “lockdown state”. Lockdown State is usually put into order when major arrests are being made; it temporarily shuts down all transportation in and out of Moronyicka.

At 9:00 AM the King announced what was going to happen. He stated that though they didn’t know what the punishment would be yet, criminals who turned themselves in, would receive less severe punishment.

He has given the all gays and lesbians 24 hours to turn themselves in before they would be arrested. The government is currently assembling S.W.A.T teams to search for the offenders.

As a Christian country we do not support homosexual lifestyle choice. However we can also NOT support the arresting of citizens based only on choices of this nature. If we were to support this where would the line then be drawn? Who is next Jews, Arabs, darker skin, lighter skin or maybe the little green family that moved in down the street? I would be willing to go as far as the mandatory medical screening of anyone on the higher risk lifestyles and a federal medical database being established for access by Medical staff and blood services.

IC: The Seventh Fleet arrived in position in international waters surrounding Moronyicka to begin combat exercises and stepped up air patrols.

President Mike Sarzo issued the following statements:

What Luck! Huy had been on the airplane for 4 hours trying to glean information from the passengers about entering Moronyicka without trying to draw attention. He has looked for a contact or anything to help. He had all but given up when heard a man two rows back speaking about his low level job within the Moronyick government.
Huy bought 4 bottles of wine and had them sent to the government employee as a “reward for keeping us safe from the gays”. The employee took the gift willingly. Before long Huy’s mark had to go to the bathroom and Huy made his move.
With folded pictures in his hand he made his way to the back of the plane and pretended to trip. He delivered the pictures into the unzipped bag of the drunk government employee with ease, got back up, brushed himself off and them went to meet the employee coming back from the bathroom.

Huy then went on his attempt to bribe the stewardess into letting him be a steward for the return trip to his homeland.


Jack Pearl had one of the most boring jobs in the entire MAD system, he was in charge of watching a group of cameras placed onboard several different air plane. He had just gotten a call from someone who said that another passenger told him that there was a gay onboard flight 672. A small swat team was sent to pick the guy up at the air port

Jack was now watching the tape from beginning to end to make sure the suspect was who they thought it was. There were reports that the man on the plane was drunk, where did he get the alcohol?

Jack observed a man handing him a bottle of wine. From another angle he watched the mans approach. He noticed on his way to the back of the plane there were papers in his hand, but on the way back there weren't. He then tried to pinpoint when the man lost his papers. He watched it in slow motion and determined that the man slipped the papers into the other mans bag when he fell.

He made a call to one of the agents that was on his way to the airport.

Pearl: "Hey officer, we got another suspicious guy you should check out, I'll send his photo to your PDA."

The Republic of Skinny87 condemns the barbaric and inhumane treatment of Moronyicka citizens and fully intends to support Sarzonia in her contesting these barbaric actions. An Expeditionary Force has already set sail to join the Sarzonian Fleet and is accompanied by the Coastal Patrol Force and First Carrier Fleet. The Republic offers the use of its forces to the Sarzonian forces in any role needed.

The Republic once again condemns in the strongest ways possible these actions and calls on the Moronyicka government to stand down and cease these actions

Over Mornonyickan Air-space:

The flight of F-18 fighters from the Republic's Carrier Dauntless had taken off several hours before in search of the civilian airliner taking the prisoners to Parthian airspace, and had just found the plane on their Radar. Angling in on the slow-moving plane, two of the Fighters came within visual range and flanked the airliner.

Inside Red One, the pilot began to speak into his lip-mike

'Moronyickan airliner, divert immediately to the nearest Sarzonian or Republic Carrier and land, or we will take action to stop you from entering Parthian airspace'

The Pilots thumb rested uneasily on the planes stick as he targeted the planes engines...

A squadron of SZ-2 'Albatross' fighter jets in the air near the Sarzonian fleet noticed the passenger plane and Rear Admiral Connor Blaine ordered them to intercept before it reached Parthian air space.

A second squadron of those fighters took off to replace the intercepting squadron's position in the standard air cover blanket while the intercepting squadron zoomed off toward the plane.

"Attention aircraft, this is Lt. David Johansson of the Incorporated Sarzonian Navy. You are ordered to land aboard the ISS Westham within the hour or you will be forced down."

He nervously targeted the engines, hoping and praying to his gods that he wouldn't be forced to fire and risk taking some of the lives his government hoped to save.

The Westham's commanding officer, Commodore David Carleton, ordered the decks cleared and security forces to assemble near the landing site so that if the plane chose to follow orders, it would land and he would be able to ensure the safety of the homosexual prisoners. Getting them back to Sarzonia during the height of war was going to be a challenge, but with another squadron being sent to relieve the Westham's, that would become his crew's top priority.

Please comply, Carleton thought. I don't want a mess.

The pilot had been ordered to go to the parthians unless he was contested, then he was to make a peaceful solution.

Aboard the Westham, the prisoners were torn between the trepidation of walking onto a foreign warship and the rush to get off the transport plane. They noted the armed Sarzonian security with great concern, hoping the M-16 armed Moronyickan soldier didn't see the weapons brandished by the Sarzonians and start firing, but they all left the plane and walked timidly toward the Sarzonians.

Once the last of the prisoners had disembarked, the plane was ordered to take off and return to Moronyicka, where the growing Sarzonian and allied fleet would allow it to pass by and return to his land. The Sarzonians watched the jet take off warily, and the combat jets hovering over the Sarzonian squadron would monitor the jet's movements carefully to ensure that it didn't try anything funny.

On the deck of the Westham, an officer in the standard black uniform of the Sarzonian navy stepped toward the prisoners. They cowered in his presence despite his best efforts to convey a flat affect.

"Welcome aboard the Incorporated Sarzonian Ship Westham, he said with a smile he hoped would convey his friendly intentions. "I am Lieutenant Commander Jeff Brinkley, the third officer of this ship and her chief communications officer. Let's get you belowships so we can screen you for anything that might be hazardous to you or to the ship and then we can get you to your quarters so you can get scrubbed up and we can get you some food.

"I can't vouch for the quality of our mess hall. Dink isn't exactly the best gourmet chef in town," he said with a laugh. A lieutenant gave Brinkley a quick look, then Brinkley turned serious. "We want you to be as comfortable aboard this ship as possible. We're going to do our best to take you to Sarzonia and hopefully let you make your new homes there."

Brinkley muttered to himself, hoping his attempt at humour wasn't misinterpreted by the now-former prisoners.

Meanwhile, the commanding officer of the Seventh Fleet [OOC: I don't remember if I've established that character or not] has signalled to the Moronyickan government its intent to send transport planes to pick up any homosexuals or bisexuals or anyone else who wants to escape the government's atrocities against the same. If the reply is in the affirmative, they would then be transported back to Sarzonia and allowed to live as citizens of the country.

In the Grey House, the President of the Republic sat at his oak desk and nervously twirled a pencil between his fingers as he waited nervously for further news of the crisis.

The door opposite his desk opened and an aide was ushered through by a member of his security detail. Moving quickly, the aide placed a thin brown file on the President's desk.

'Good news Mr President - The Moronyickan plane has been forced to land by the Sarzonians and the homosexuals have been freed from their captors, and our planes have withdrawn. However, the Moronyicakn government has issued a state of Lockdown until further notice'

The President looked relieved and felt some of the stress melt away. He smiled at the aide.

'Good. Anything we can do to help the Sarzonians, we must do. Inform the Sarzonian government of this at once. Offer them the aid of our entire armed forces and ask them what we can do to help'

Once all of the passengers were gathered, the agents quickly picked out the two suspects, which they handcuffed. One agent searched one of the men’s bag a found the doctored photos. They loaded up the two men and then transported them to the prison.

The first man was questioned and then soon released. The time soon came when they interrogated Huy. They led Huy to a small cement room with just a chair and a desk. They brought Huy into the room and sat him in the chair, shackling his hands to each of the chair arms.

The investigators name was Don Brown. Brown walked into the room and closed the door behind him. He sat down a bag; in it was everything he would need to get the information out of him.

He got out a taser and began to charge it up

Brown: “Perhaps you would like to tell where you got these pictures from?”

Aboard the Republican Carrier Steadfast, there was a hive of activity everywhere; planes were being towed out and launched in CAP's and patrols, and armed marines were running all over the flightdeck. The organised chaos of a Carrier had been made tenfold by the situation they were in.

Inside the communications room of the Steadfast one of the secure radio operators held up a small microphone and gave it to the man next to him, who wore the uniform of a naval Commander. This was Alex Canston, commander of the Steadfast. He cleared his throat and nodded to the comms operator.

'Patch me into the Sarzonian communications channel - secure line. We need orders on how to proceed'.

Rear Admiral Brynne Napier wasn't given much of a chance to relish her promotion from Commodore. From authorising a special operations attack on Roach-Busters to being diverted from the shores of Sarzonia's close ally-turned most hated enemy to set sail for Moronyicka, Napier barely had a moment to sleep, let alone install the additional military finery that went with the uniform of a Rear Admiral.

As it was, Napier paced the bridge of her flagship, the Calypso-class superdreadnaught ISS Courageous, anxious in spite of the reports that the transport plane carrying the prisoners landed on the Westham without incident. She was waiting for the next move to be made in the chess match between Moronyicka and Sarzonia. She was waiting for word from Navy Command about what to do next.

"Sir, I'm getting a message from the Steadfast. Sir, it's a ship from the Skinny87 fleet."

"Skinny87?"

"Yes, sir. They're seeking instructions from us on what to do next."

How the Hell do I know, she thought. I'm waiting just like everyone else is. She sighed.

"Inform them to send their fleet to the following coordinates," she said, handing him a sheet where the Sarzonian fleet was unable to sail without spreading its forces too thinly. Also inform them that we're awaiting word from our own government."

"Aye, sir."

Napier sat down and began fidgeting in the command chair.

Onboard the Steadfast Commander Canston nodded his acceptance of the orders and turned to an aide standing next to him.

'Send these coordinates to the bridge and have the fleet set a new course. Bring the fleet to Amber Alert, Level One'

After what seemed like an eternity for Napier, she got the communication she was waiting for.

"Admiral, I've got Vice President Bunhall on the secure channel."

"I'll take it in the situation room. Commodore Patinkin, you have the bridge."

"Aye, sir." As Napier stood up and walked toward the situation room, Katie Patinkin, daughter of legendary Fleet Admiral Marcus Patinkin sat in the command chair of the Courageous. It was the first time she would sit in that chair, but hopefully it wouldn't be the last.

As Napier entered the situation room, she turned on the secure channel.

"Rear Admiral Napier here."

"Good to see you Brynne. We have orders from the President's office to stand down from the quarantine. The Moronyickan government has delivered all prisoners to the Westham."

Napier breathed a slight sigh of relief.

"Your orders are to leave Commodore Patinkin in charge of a large squadron and return your part of the fleet to Roach-Busters to resume its position in the blockade. They will be there to ensure that Moronyicka doesn't try anything funny."

"But sir, they don't have any more prisoners."

"I know that Brynne," Bunhall said. "But our government wants to ensure that they don't repeat their mistake and leave us in a position to have to rush another fleet over there. If they rescind their policies, we'll get everyone back to their jobs, but until then, you can stand the fleet down to yellow alert."

"Understood."

"Bunhall out."

Napier stood up and walked briskly back to the bridge.

"Katie, I'm leaving you in command of the ship. I'm heading back aboard the ISS Ridenour with a squadron to return to Roach-Busters. You'll be there in the event their government tries to use the opportunity to sneak a few executions in under our noses."

"But sir, won't they consider it an aggressive act?"

"They might," Napier said. "But hopefully they've learned their lesson. If they haven't, you'll have a large enough force to teach them a new one."

"Aye, sir."

Within two hours, half the Sarzonian fleet assembled in international waters began the return to Roach-Busters, while the other half under Commodore Patinkin would remain vigilant.

As the majority of the Sarzonian fleet turned away from Moronyickan waters, the Republic's fleet followed them, keeping a single frigate in International waters to keep an eye on that country's actions

As the Twin sisters of death and destruction, the common name for the pair of Cruisers dispatched to international waters off Moronyicka, came into these waters they began a slow patrol, before they settled into an area within view of allied fleets, and of the Moronyicka coast.
After a short time, a breif message was transmitted to the Sarzonian ships, text only.

"Those people exiled from Moronyicka, who are now in Sarzonian hands, are offered the opertunity to immigrate to Dostanuot Loj. We will send a chopper to transport all who wish to accecpt this offer when required.
We wish the best of luck to the ex-patriated Moronyickian citizens, who had to leave their home due to their sexual orientation, and hope all the best for you.

The two cruisers floated there, no activity to be seen on decks, no weapons readying for action. They simply waited, observing what would happen next in the area.

"Sir? SecNav said it would be up to you to decide whether or not we stay, sir."
"Yes... Tell me, Eala, do you have confidence in our weaponry?"
"Sir, yes sir! And if we go down, we won't be going down alone, sir!"

"I agree, Eala. Our Granit P1800 ECM-equipped missiles can strike targets nearly 300 nm away, and our ESSM missiles and Vulcan cannons can swiftly take out any close-range airborne targets. Still, if the Moronyickans turn up in superior numbers, we will be in for quite a fight.
Radio SecNav of our decision, and request for SSN-04 Ilja to reinforce us. I want a hunter to back up our SLR-736E and MASS systems. Intelligence suggests there might be hostile submarines in the area."

"Aye, sir!"

Eala left the bridge and Jax fixed his gaze on the horizon, wanting desperately to know what might be on the other side.
He grabbed the intercom microphone and signalled the other vessels: "Task Force Dzrenya, this is Black Phoenix. Man battle stations!"

"Well... then", he said quietly with his finger off the transmit button, " Let them come. If we burn - they burn!"

The Republic of Colleton condemns the actions of Moronyicka.

Although we view homosexuality in the same light as phedophilia, incest, and beastiality, we do not think killing them is justified. Doctors and mental health groups can help people get over their immoral ways. Or just deport them.

Anyway you look at it, no one deserves death because of who they love.

The President of Colleton declared in a speech in front of the Gray House in Colleton City that,

But right is more precious than peace, and we shall fight for those things we have always held dear in our hearts: for the rights of the people of Colleton; for the liberties of people, regardless of who they choose to love, everywhere from outside oppression; for our own freedom and independence from the vicious, bloody regime in Moronyicka.

Commander Jax of the missile corvette Mirage was on the bridge, slowly scanning the horizon with a pair of binoculars, when petty officer Eala approaced him.

"Sir, we have just picked a large formation of unknown surface contacts on the radar."

"Range, speed and heading?"
"150 nm. They appear to be lying still, sir."

"Very well. Prepare firing solutions for all available targets and get me an ID."

Moments later, a call was patched through to the bridge.
"Sir, this is RO Treek. The electronic signatures of the contacts match those of Sarzonian vessels, sir."

"96,7% certainty, sir."

"Sarzonian... Stand down from battle stations. Ahead flank. When the Sarzonians are within communication range, hail them and offer our assistance.

The Republic of Colleton has mobilized it military and activated sky defense and nuclear offensive centers. If the Moronyicka military engages the Mistavia or Sarzonia fleets, Colleton will respond with a nuclear barrage on the heartland of Moronyicka. We do this because we are small, but also to show that even the smallest democracy can challange the injustices of the largest autocracy.

If Moronyicka does not carry out their attacks, the Colleton military and Nuclear Command Center will stand down.

And by the way, we're not bluffing about nuclear missiles. Although we lack the ability to construct them, we have several that were given to us.

The fleet assembled there would be large enough to deal with anything the Moronyickans could throw at it, but hopefully, the crisis would be averted.

Only with progressive outlooks and acceptance of every belief on Earth as normal and extraordinary in their own ways can the world save itself from societal ruin. I personally find it too bad that prejudiced, paranoid Moronyicka has to resort to this in order to create their own "utopia". I may remind you that a utopia is somewhere where every last person in a society is happy with what they have and how everything is operating.

At 7:00 AM this morning the government declared that all of Moronyicka’s homosexuals were to be found and arrested. An hour later and the country had gone into the “lockdown state”. Lockdown State is usually put into order when major arrests are being made; it temporarily shuts down all transportation in and out of Moronyicka.

At 9:00 AM the King announced what was going to happen. He stated that though they didn’t know what the punishment would be yet, criminals who turned themselves in, would receive less severe punishment.

He has given the all gays and lesbians 24 hours to turn themselves in before they would be arrested. The government is currently assembling S.W.A.T teams to search for the offenders.
