Chairman Vladmir has cut the monthly welfare to homosexuals living in (street-dubbed) homocamps. Ex-Grand archduke Kirby set said camps up to eliminate homosexuality in Sel Appa. He figure if homosexuals were contained and restricted until death, the "problem" would not occur anymore. Also, homosexuals were not allowed in the country.
The ex-GA set aside monthly payments to the homocamps to keep them alive until natural death and to stifle concerns of genocide. Slowly, the homosexuals have begun to die off. However, the Chairman has cut all funding to the homocamps.

How will you find them? It's not like they're wearing signs saying 'I'M GAY'. I suspect they'll just quietly leave the country in ones and twos.

As normal we are shocked at such displays of hatred and intolerance such as your Homosexual Death camps, these things never cease to amaze us, that people are arrested and sent to die for little more then their sexual preference, all in the guise of moral decency.
