OOC: This is just an rp for my earth DA claims. If anyone wants to RP the defenders just post. If you do want to rp the defenders you must use their forces, not your own. If you do rp the defenders you will probably loose, but we can have fun either way.

IC:
The air crackled with the sound of a thousand gears and cogs twisting as the enormous 18 inch guns of the Obliterator's turned to face Toamasina, a large city on the east coast of Madagascar. Numerous other hatches openned all around the ships. Within the dark interior of the ship orders shot out from officers in a calm rythmic pattern. Hundreds of screens were lit up with different information. Tactical maps, ship locations, probable threats all shot across screens at a blinding speed. The ships were full of kinetic energy, but this was nothing compared to the potential energy within the guns of the Obliterator ships.

Suddenly it all stopped, every single ship within the second fleet was silent. All that could be heared through the piercing silence was the splashing of the waves on the sides of the ships and the creaking of the bowels of the imposing vessals.

Suddenly a single word was uttered all throughout the fleet...

"Fire"

Suddenly trillions of atoms were exited as awe inspiring amounts of kinetic energy was released. The Obliterators had openned fire on the city of Toamasina. Admiral Kangledesh thought back on what had led up to this moment of power.

The archaic room was lit by multiple small flouresant lights. A stark contrast between the ancient books, smooth wooden chairs, and aging velvet and the bright modern light that filled it. The dark misty windows flickered as lightning flashed periodically, followed by the roaling cry of thunder.

Admiral Second Class Kangledesh sat at the rustic desk. The desks age had only been thinly covered by a new layer of gloss. Long spindly strands of darker wood wove its way through the pale base wood. Kayden Oak. It was an incredibly expensive and beutiful form of wood. Kayden Oaks had been forrested to extincion many years ago.

Suddenly with a long creak the hard ebony door swung open. In stepped a tall dark man. Rain streaked down his shining black overcoat and he smelled of cheap cigars. His proud face struggled to conceal the daily reminder and pain that he was a second glass citizen. He was stuck in a dead end military postion delivering messages between the highest ranking Naval officials.

He threw together a sloppy salute and pulled our a large lamenated manilla folder, water proofed.

"These are for you sir, orders from the Sea Lord himself."

Kangledesh began to slowly and methodically read through the small print.

"Madagascar?"
