The Kingdom of Saiyevn, newly emerged from centuries of seclusions, opened its diplomatic channels in the wish of establishing free trade agreements with other more powerful nations. The King of Saiyevn, Seludwig II, is quoted as saying earlier. "We have fallen behind other nations in terms of economic and military mught. We need to resume international trade again before Saiyevn can once again become a prominent nation."

The PRCF may be strongly interested in technology exchange. Right now we are developing High Resolution Radar technology, as well as high-efficiency naval engines for medium-tonnage (10,000 ton) ships. Our current budget does not allow rocket research for Air Defense, which we are sorely lacking.
