OOC: Alright I would like it if someone could rp the resistance or something to the invasion... i guess. This is my first war so I am sorta clueless so be patient.

IC:

The United Socialist States of United Green Socialist Soviets was ready.

For months on end they had seen it coming without notice. ALways the government had been run by 'Father Bristow'. He was the country. It's heart. It's mind. And it's hand to strike down opposition. Until then. When he asked the country for help. He called out for all people able to join the military do so immeadiatly. Soon so many people had joined armed service became mandatory and no one noticed. Soon propoganda began blaring that Panama was in danger. The people lived in fear. They had no government. No protection. The people of the USS of UGSS HAD to do something. So, the invasion was launched. Troops had been mobilized. 1 million soldiers were to make for Panama in this campaign. The invasion had begun...

Director Bristow stood at his desk.

"What is it sir? I came as soon as I could..." General Sergatov said saluting

"I want to launch the invasion."

"It can't be done yet sir. We are still building up defense now. We don't even know how much resistance we will be meet by." The General said now pleading with Bristow to not send troops yet.

"Do it immeadiatly, that's an order." Bristow replied coldly and sat down at his desk.

"Fine then," Sergatov said now defeated and despirtied, "How many?"

"4 Infantry Divisions and 2 Mechanized Divisions. I want the rest to stay mobilized but within our borders."

"If you will it so sir..." Sergatov said sliding out of the Director's office

"Step off Panama please. If you do not halt your invasion, I will have to kill you."-The Great Leader Li.

OOC: There is no current government in Panama DA so are you rping as resistance leader im gussing? Or as your own country *Confused*

IC:

"Who are you and why do you insist on involving yourself in affairs that are not your business! We have no reason to halt invasion. The people of Panama suffer without government. We intend to give them one."-Director Bristow, USS of UGSS

ooc: i'm on earth DA as a nation. I need the panama canal cuz I have a fleet in the Gulf of Mexico.

"We are willing to give you discounts on travel through the canal. We have no reason to fight you. We can reach a diplomatic agreement involving the canal."-Director Bristow

"How about this. Pwnage ships don't pay at all. Also I get a naval base on Isla De Re. In return, I don't contest your conquest of Panama."-The Great Leader Li.

"I will give you free transport, but I cannot give a naval base." -Director Bristow

OOC: I still need a resistance people!

"Hmm... then merely an observation post."-The Great Leader Li.

"An embassy in Panama, Bogota and Lima." -Director Bristow

The Peoples of the New United States(New Mexico, Arizona and California) are herby sending 1,500,000 Troops into Panama to oust any forces you may plan to/have there. The 1st Naval fleet Battle Strike Group is moving into the area and will fight off any forces you may try and send into there. Leave now or face the mighty forces of The New United States.

"We are pleased to have come to an arrangement. Why do you jump straight into military conflict new United States. I am sure there can be some way to work this out without have any unnesccary blood shed." -Director Bristow

"Sir, something err unexpected has come up regarding the invasion." General Sergatov said head bowed down in shame

"What is it?" Director Bristow said as he looked up from his paper work. He looked tired as if he hadn't been asleep in days.

"Well, funny thing, turns out Panama DOES have a government..." Sergatov began

"Thats fine, just be sure to keep the troops mobilized." He replied coolly

"Why is that sir?" Sergatov asked

"It will all become clear in time"
