"Isn't it strange how things go? We think that The Upper Congo has shown their insecurity to the world when they declared war over reasons... Forget it, there wasn't any reason for war. However, we feel that this mudhole has been getting on our nerves and therefore we condemn them. As you may understand, nations who enter our viewpoint in a negative way don't get away fast or unharmed with a clean getaway. We will send the Southern Captain fleet to monitor the comings and goings around there very carefully. We cannot allow subversive elements to be unleashed upon the world.

Do not test our patience allies of The Upper Congo, you will lose a war."

"It is indeed good to hear they aren't expecting something like... Well what we are planning. They don't have the slightest clue. Our fleet will be there in approximately three days from now." Adolph looked at Moorehouse, his former fellow conspirator. He laid out maps of The Upper Congo in front of him and the approval of a pre-emptive strike on The Upper Congo granted by the Central Committee of Guffingford-Panooly, where he is the chairman while Solan Rixx and Doctor Schilling are vice-chairman. The voting was fair, the majority approved everything.
"In international waters of course."
"Yes Mr Moorehouse, entering their waters will happen, in time."

IC:
"Naturally, we only wish to promote peace."

Although we do not usually agree with Guffingford on any policy, we will join them in their condemnation of The Upper Congo. We feel that The Upper Congo is a dangerous rogue state that should be kept under watch. However, we will not deploy troops or vessels as yet.

OOC: What would this be about? The war against me or something else? Either way im interested, and so would slay if he was active. If you people think i should try not to get involved i wont, but i will check on the situation regulary, i dont like the look of it, and i have him listed to be watched.

IC: After the recent short war against TUC we would like to ask that a peaceful solution be found, we hope that TUC will try to do so, war is not the answer to such problems.

"Some people request peace while others request battle. The Upper Congo has shown the world they request battle. Even though we aren't looking for war we feel that someone needs to teach The Upper Congo a lesson. A harsh lesson that is, one he will not forget. The National Socialist Oligarchy of Guffingford is a most righteous love state. We are here to protect the people of this planet against intellectual and moral decay, something The Upper Congo thrives on."

International waters, near The Upper Congo

"Sir, we have arrived. Shall I set out flight plans for our jets?"
"Yes, make sure patrol the whole range where we are, and release the celldar buoys."
"Yes Sir."

Two hundred ships of the "Southern Captain Fleet" began to position themselves for what appeared to be a blockade. From the Nimitz class carriers Bomcats and Vikings took off, patrolling the sea border while Lich class submarines and Firestorm arsenal ships were stationed in defensive positions. Two Trident and Vanguard class submarines also came along with them, just in case.

Near The Upper Congo...

"Sir, I believe it is time to start operation "bitchslap". Are we ready to start the procedure?"
"Of course we are. Trigger the explosives and wire the message of an unexpected attack to the admirality."
"Aye sir, I have rang the alarm bell. The explosives will go off in ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one..."

With unimaginable force the explosives blew out parts of the hull of the old cruiser. No one cared about the ship, the navy dragged it with them for such events. Nothing was lost, the vessel was already ripe for the scrapyard. Ten sailors jumped in the water, pretending to be shocked, frightened by the staged event. Moments later the encrypted message was sent to the admirality. Only one setence telling it has started. That was all they needed to know.

WAR!
"Greetings again fellow citizens. In response to a sudden and unprovoked attack from The Upper Congo we have lost one of our most modern cruisers. The cowards attacked from behind, leaving behind many traces of their unexperienced and outdated armies. Not only they have defied God, they have spat at the Cross of Jesus! This country is built on the blood of people they have oppressed! Kicked from an already corrupt organization called the UN! They are too inane to be part of the UN while they,... We know how Guffingford thinks of the UN. I have ordered to commence "Operation Bitchslap" which means the construction of a state modelled after Guffingford and our founding father Adolf Hitler, a tender and kind man who genuinely loves everyone, providing you are pure, intelligent and brave. Yet some people seem to neglect the marvellous ideals of Glorious National Socialism, a fruit from the Garden of Eden uninfected by vermin.

The Upper Congo is a state of untermenschen built by rodents why happen to have the ability of speech but lack intelligence. Therefore our father Adolf Hitler cannot stand these people, he is the protector of morality and intellectuality, ideals which we protect. Repent, for the Kingdom of God is at hand. The Upper Congo, Jesus and Hitler have no need for a nation as weak and insignificant as yours. Prepare to die.

" Sire, we have reports from the area of the Upper Congo that there has been an explosion just off their coast. Further reports show a medium-sized task force in international waters off of UC. Sire....it's Guffingford."

"Guffingford?" Alaric sat straight up, face turning red with fury. " Those pests are at it again. Bad enough theyr'e monitoring Xeraph from space, but their navy is now off the coast of an isolationist nation."

" Sire..."

"Cut the Sire shit, you know better", Alaric said.

"Alaric, we have naval and air units available in that general area. They can be there in less than a day."

"Less than a day.........to what end, Captain? Guffingford is a strong nation, with powerful, if few, allies. Our allies can't get there as quickly as we can......can they?"

Captain Srery looked thoughtful for a second. " Alaric, we can contact several GAPTS nations, and a few of the TEOO friends, and they can be in the general area in 2-3 days. That's the best we can do right now."

The Emperor sighed. "2-3 days........the Upper Congo will be nothing but ash and wasteland in 2-3 days. Those Guffingford bastards are butchers, genocide their specialty. Strickland contact us yet?" He was referring to Gen. John Strickland, commander in chief of the Xeraphian forces.

"Not yet Alaric. He's been notified of the situation, and is on the way to the area. He's being supported by the Black Katanas." The Black Katanas was a sovreign nation within the Empire, whose specialty was subterfuge and assasination.

" Good, good. They'll protect him well enough. God help the Guffinford soldier thats strays into their path."

"Aye, Alaric. Won't be much left to identify."

Alaric wondered if Guff was going to stage a situation off the UC coast in order to attack an innocent nation. This was their well-know signature......

"While some thinkers in several criminal nations suggest we have staged this attack we are going to show you conclusive evidence this is all wrong. I have a sound tape right here, where you can clearly hear someone is detonating the bomb from a small boat and then rushing off to the Upper Congo shoreline. We have investigated the site and reconstructed the whole situation and research has learned us that they have indeed done it, none of this has been set up to make us attack them. However, because the sound recording contains highly confidential material we cannot release it to the world. Our apologies for that."

President Anderson has voiced his official condemnation of the Guffingford Task Force's clearly offensive stance off the coast of the Upper Congo, and has called for negotations instead of conflict.

The President also said that Guffingford was proving to be a "menace to, and unstable force in, international relations at the current time" a sentiment that is thought to be shared with other NWO leaders.

The War Room was abuzz with the news: the Emperor hmself was arriving momentarily to take charge of the situation with Upper Congo.

" Okay, it appears that we have at least two nations getting ready to attack the UC, Chellis and Guffingford. Am I right?"

" Yes sir, we do not have at this time any indication that any other members of the RWC are joining this fight."

The Emperor paced nervously, " Okay, good. Are our naval and air units in the area yet?"

" Yes, Alaric, they've just arrived at the 200-mile territorial zone border. There are dozens of enemy ships in the area, and there are hundreds of enemy aircraft in the air. We have not yet given the order to deploy or scramble Xeraphian military units to the situation."

Alaric paced even faster, clearly unsure as to the next course of action. " John, are we in any position to act in this unilaterally?"

Gen. John Strickland, CMDR EX Forces, slowly shook his head. " No, Alaric, we're not. There's to many of them, and we don't know who else will come in on their side. We need help."

"OK, let's do this. Contact Crossman, Twist, Auralinia, Jarridia, ViZion, Matich, and the Federated Suns and inform them that we need their help. They can provide the balance of what we'll need to defend ourselves and UC, if necessary."

" Yes, sir. At once............."

"Sir, I believe it is the time to strike. All the preperations are complete and we have shown the world we mean business."
"Well then, launch the missiles [AGM 84 Harpoon]. I have locked them on all airstrips, fields, and naval yards."
"Make sure the Preatonian structures aren't targets for the system."
"Aye sir, Celldar has filtered those out."
"Good, good. All according to plan. Well, fire."
"Aye sir."

From all arsenal ships off The Upper Congo's coast missiles were launched into the night sky, destination their major and minor military installations got from satellite observations. A grand total of four hundred missiles (one volley) was on their way to The Upper Congo, while more carriers were sent to the battlezone. Very unusual for Guffingford, only three hundred thousand men (including logistics) were sent to The Upper Congo by air or by boat, who will arrive in two weeks.

From the carriers already in the area fighter/bombers took off to bomb coastal defense networks with graphite to destroy or disable electric systems.

AA guns have been deployed all over the country to every major city and to every large town. President Tolts sent a secret message to the TUC High Command.

We all know we can't win this war, but we can drag it out for as long as possible. Begin training of suicide bombers and assasins. Beachheads are well protected. 1,000 Panzers protect second-line of defence, 40,000 men protect third and last line of defence. May GOD have mercy upon our Nation.

Rationing has been put into practice and lights out by 6.00pm is also going into way. We have enough food to last at maximum 7 normal months. All non-underground train services have been stopped. All flight's into and outside the country have been canceled to save peoples lives. All trade links have been cut off to outside nations. We make our own fuel from coal so that is not a problem. TUC Hydro-Electric damn has been ordered to keep on running until we order otherwise.

In the capital 7,000 protestors march up to the government buildings armed with moloktov cocktails and pieces of pretty sharp wood, they were protesting against the war and how they wanted it to stop. Only 300 police-man dared to set foot any where near them. 200 extra-riot police were called in. Armed with pepper-spray, batons and shields they were deadly, 5 armoured vehicles blocked the road... a 17 year old managed to chuck a moloktov cocktail at one, it landed 3 feet away from the massive machine. Police-Chief Summer gave the order for the attack vehicles to open fire. Machine-guns roared and by the time they had to reload 170 people lay dead or wounded. The protestors charged towards the policemen and all hell broke loose.

By the end of the night 17 policemen lay wounded while 200 protestors lay dead or injured. Before 1,000 soldiers of the city garrison had to be called in but by the time they got there it all was over.

OOC: All you n00b's may as well put out of the war, this is between Guffingford and me. If you wish to dogpile a nation that has not even reached the half a billion mark go somewhere else. That's right! YOU!

"Sir, they can't even control they own people... Having fun?"
"Oh yes I am. Navigator, coordinate another volley, lower amount of missiles, make it hundred aimed at their capital. Do not target buildings of their government, aim for civillian area's. We need to demoralize them."
"Aye Sir, right ho."

Another volley of exactly one hundred missiles was spewed out by the arsenal ships and the cruisers, all heading for the Upper Congo capital.

Camp Wind, able to hold 500 men was destroyed and the cities power went down for 1 hour.

"Yus. Signal the fighter/bombers to start bombing more graphite onto their coastal defensive structures."
"Aye sir."

From the carriers the F117 fighter/bombers took off, carrying their non-lethal load, ready to cause even more havoc. The supersonic planes travelled into The Upper Congo national waters, expecting heavy resistance. "Hmmm... Captain I say we try it. We shall deploy paratroopers behind their lines, that will halt their march to the beach."
"I see, well then. Prepare the men for the invasion. Signal the battleships fire shells on the bunkers and let mineshunters search the shores of mines and blow them up."

" From Guffingford the first troops arrived at the Souther Captain fleet, numbering nearly forty thousand at this moment, and more are due to arrive in a couple of days.

OOC: That invasion party numbnuts.

Coastal artillery was given the order to start firing, many aimed at the nearby battlecruisers and torpedo boats. An unknown amount of ships sank, possibly at best 4. No-one on our side knows yet. 2 Frunze-Class Battleships, escorted by 10 submarines, 4 cruisers and 5 torpedo boats head towards the northern side of the blockade by the enemy. Many sailors knew they were not going to make it back home alive but they were secure to the fact that The Upper Congo would always remain free. Soon our wolf-pack of submarines targets a cruiser, 3 miles away from them. The submarine commander knew that they were running low on shells and this would be a perfect time to attack. He soon ordered ''Attack enemy cruiser 331, take no prisoners, take pride that you are dying for your country''. 2 submarines head towards the cruiser armed with a handfull of torpedo's and altogether enough explosive's to destroy your grannies village.

"Damn those idiots... Damaging five our cruisers heavily, well they shall get it. Oh communictator, please notify our Lich class submarines to sink to the bottom of the sea and commence firing at the ships from beneath, start with the biggest target and let them work their way down."
"Of course sir."

Anti submarine command - Command ship

"Sir, we have heard a number of ten submarines. Action to be taken?"
"What's their depth?"
"There you go sir."
"Set the depth charges on that depth, deploy them in front of the pack, let them go into the trap."
"I ordered the SeaKing helicopters to start throwing them in the water, they will reach the point in six minutes."
"Excellent, keep me informed."

All the counter attacks were planned no one could prevent one cruiser was taken down by the TUC submarines. Most of the sailors, including the captain managed to escape but those below the waterline drowned. From the artillery fire several firestorms were damaged, some heavily but overall nothing serious.

Strategic command - Command ship

"Missile chef, signal the Firestorm arsenal ships and the Dardo's (Anti aircraft) to form a single battlegroup. Let the firestorms know they must lock their missiles on the upper shoreline, where the artillery is firing at us. Lock three missiles each on every single coastal gun."

Both of you need to grow up and act more mature, from what I see.

Mik- just leave DLE alone, and I'm sure he'll leave you alone. If not, I suggest you both slap eachother on ignore.

DLE- You can't forbid someone from mentioning your name, that's just silly. That'd be like President Bush forbidding stand-up comedians from using his name in their routines. It's not harassment to mention someone's name. It's harassment if it's slanderous. From the post you linked, Mik was going on about somebody else and only referenced your earlier behavior. Hardly noble, but it wouldn't stand as a harassment charge.

I repeat, you both need to grow up or use that handy ignore function on eachother. Geez! Source: http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=7898812&postcount=7

Which makes your statement void. This is exactly the same request. Sorry Chellis but I am asking you again to leave my goddamn threads. Third violation, will be reported. It was necessary to write your name, not meaning to provoke you.

From the decks of the Aasimar battleships the 12" guns fired highly explosive shells at the other ships of the TUC navy, hitting them at full force. From the Firestorm arsenal ships more missiles were launched at the Upper Congo capital city (hundred missiles) with civillian structures as their target. Meanwhile the invasion force was assembling on the decks of non-combat vessels, preparing themselves for the butchery on the beaches. The Aasimar's kept bombarding the TUC ships while the Lich class submarines began shooting off torpedoes from beneath the enemy fleet. The depth charges began to do their destructive work...

From Guffingfordii Africa many paratrooper planes took off, destined for the Upper Congo. Along with them a squadron of F117's and B2's went with them to start firebombing major cities. Plenty of protective JSF planes went with them, to support and whipe out the TUC airforce.

Official Imperial Statement

We support our righteous Guffingfordi allies in their endevour to crush these insolent fools.

A large airborne invasion force was being prepared for an immenant invasion of the Upper Congo, along with a carrier battle group. As that was happening, a squadron of cruise missile armed B2s was launched for an attack mission on the Upper Congo capital. They were escorted by a squadron of carrier borne F78Bs and a second squadron of F/A91Bs, easily better than anything the Upper Congo could throw at them. The F91s hit first, going in on a SEAD mission. Each one carried 10 HARM missiles, and used them to hunt down and destroy the coastal air defences. That would clear the way for the B2s, which would cruise towards the enemy capital, and let loose a volley of 8 Tommahawk missiles each, targetting heavily populated areas. The missiles were equiped with several hundred submunitions, allowing them to cover roughly the area of a football field with tiny bomblets. Some were proximity sensitive, and wouldn't detonate until someone was unfortunate enough to step on them, creating a large problem in the aftermath of the strike. A total of 160 Tommahawks (that's 20 bombers) and 200 HARMs (from the F91s) were launched, with the F78s staying near the bombers to provide air cover.

OOC: Sorry Doom, but the war is closed at the moment. TUC about the coastal defenses, I fried almost all electrical systems with the graphite bombings. "Sir The Upper Congo is still defending the coast, what are we going to do about it?"
"Load the guns with the highly explosive shells and commence a full scale coastal bombardment, smoke and burn them out of their holes. Also, let the missile cruisers start bombing all of the remaing TUC vessels in this sector."
"Aye sir."

Above the coastal line the AA guns did virtually nothing to stop the incoming aircraft, the bombes and bunkerbusters fell down on the buildings, reducing them to rubble. Again the Aasimar battleships changed position and began bombing the shoreline as well. The missile cruisers and the arsenal ships aimed their missiles not to damage the capital, but multiple cities this time. Fifty missiles at five major urban centra's will lower their morale even further. From space the satellites tracked every movement of the TUC forces, sending every piece of information to the command ship.

Total # of missiles fired in this attack: 90 (regular load)

OOC:Post losses and any air defece responses.

OOC: Ignored, this is between me and Guffingford.

''Sir, our sea defences have been destroyed and our submarines are being bombed by the enemies ''SeaKings''.''
''Well, looks like we will might have to fight them face to face. Order the sub's to disperse out of range of the enemy and pull back to the safety of our battleships.''
''I shall send the message immediatly''

Our weapon designers have descovered a brand new weapon, a missile, with the basic design that the Argentinians used against the British Navy. But this missile, dubbed HawkEyes, were much more powerful. It was about half the size of the Argetinian missile but much more deadly, if it hit the inteneded spot it could destroy a ship or make it useless to any enemy.

Speed: 140 miles an hour,
Power: Half a megaton of power.

It is expected to go in production by tommorrow. Trials against the enemy will happen by Saturday.

Losses!

Submarines: 4 destroyed. 240 dead.

OOC: ahh, im glad to see i started something pretty major when i and TUC had our little scrap...seeing as Chellis and Aust are here, and they were going to help me...

TUC that missile was french, the EXOCET, and it is:
Total length 580 cm
Diameter 34.8 cm
Wingspan 113.5 cm
Weight 855 kg
Warhead impact with delay- and proximity-fuzed
high-explosive shaped charge, 165 kg

The speed thing is good, any AA weapon could shoot it down, even a machine gun that a crew member was handling!!!

IC; Vast Principles would like to warn any nations who are looking to attack Aust, Chellis or their allies due to this war that VP will be prepared to counter attack, and defend our estemeed helpers.

We find that this war is justified, and any if action is taken by the TEOO under Xeraphs command it is stupid, this war should not make such an alliance enter a war over such a small, non-member nation.

If it does happen we shall take it as an indication that the TEOO is Corrupt and work with allies to try and stop such a thing.

Thankyou, President Benjamin Hondrugas, President VP.

The Upper Congo beaches

"Sargeant, the beach looks quite deserted. The guns of the battleships have destroyed all mines already, our detectors have picked up zero activity in the enemy bunkers."
"Can't be too sure. Time to enter the beach and establish a forward base."
"Yes sir."

The landingcraft wne through the calm tropical sea, the men ready to withstand an ambush. The first kampfgruppe who landed numbered seven thousand men, including support. So far no one was spotted from both the ships and the reconnaissance balloons. While the soldiers and marines made their way to the higher grounds, not a single soul was seen. The airforce made quick work of these first line of defense. Corpses were everywhere, most were shred into pieces by the all destroying shellfire from the Aasimar's. With infra-red scanners the whole beach was scanned to detect life, but nobody was there, everybody was either dead or managed to flee the carnage.

Meanwhile the second kampfgruppe landed on shore, again seven thousand men. The first wave of landingcraft left again for the fleet to gather and ship more men. A whole day was lost to unload and organize the soldiers into groups. Whenever a kampfgruppe landed they were ordered to dig trenches, set up artillery foxholes and to camouflage the command posts. Machinegun nests were set up, walls of barbed wire erected and even a high watchtower.

On the sea the destroyers, frigates and the majestic battleships laid in the sea at ease, repairing and the crew relaxing. It was a good battle, honour and glory awaited the men at home.

As President Tolts assistant rushes into his office he frantically gave the President the telegraph from the commanding officer of the Army that fought at the beach.

Sir, Guffingford forces attacked Potter Beach, I ordered the men to pull back, thanks to bombing 700 of our Marine Corps lay dead. Enemy overwelmed us and soon captured the beach and so they are advancing onto our capital supossedly within the next 48 hours. My men have pulled back to the second line of defence and we are ready for battle. We have 48,000 men heading towards the second line and they will arrive within 4 hours. REQUEST BACKUP. The navy has gone to our last island off the coast *Sinbago* which with it's natural harbours protects it from attack. They are nearly out of fuel and have little ammunition, if they had not pulled back they were to be wiped out.

15 minutes later another telegraph arrived saying the following:

Small unit of men, maximum 40 has hid in the forest nearby the beaches, they ambushed a battalion of men advancing on Squatter's hill and to their knowledge killed some 7 men, this is to be reported.

OOC: No defences left for 50 miles, post casualties, I need to know how many men you have, I have 400,000 defending 2 lines and 1,200 defending the cities, more will come if needed. Hogsweat I am sorry but I cannot accept any help, its the rules. Thanks though.

OOC: At this moment I have +/- 14,000 on your shores. Tanks, small airstrip, encampments, support vehicles.

<Two days later, after some (minor) skirmishes it was time to begin the first assault on the Upper Congo capital>

"Captain Dafydd, today is a great day to start the first assault. We had some bad luck getting rid of their artillery, it cost us nearly one hundred men. Those bastards didn't want to give up their howitzers."
"Indeed. Good thing they are gone now, took us way too long. What are we going to do about their capital?"
"Not so sure, orders from Oslo are quite strict; kill them all."
"Hmmm... Shall I signal the cruisers and arsenal ships to commence another missile strike?"
"I think it will be best to destroy their second line of defense, with heavy artillery and napalm. I propose we use the XM777 [heavy 155mm artillery]. Our adjusted version with tracks and light bullet armour should make short work of those fortifications. The range is excellent, we have thirty kilometers between us and them."
"Alright Dafydd you have made your point. I'll do it your way, but I'll be blased if Ynsson finds out."
"We will have this done in no time, we can always ask for naval and aerial support."

Twenty-five mobile pieces of artillery were anchored into the ground while the crews were putting all the required data in their computers. Wind speed, wind direction, angle of projective, velocity, distance. The first volley was a test run, and now the another round of bombardments began. Every minute one barrel spewed out a shell, heading for the second defense line.

Losses: 112 men, 1 MBT, 2 support vehicles. It's two days later so I assume this happened.

''Those bastards are bombarding us with artillery, well I will have to contact HQ to see what to do'' He sent the following message by telegraph:

''Second line being bombarded, 100 men already dead or wounded. I ask for 60,000 men to counter-attack the enemy overwelming their forces. Apparently they have 14,000 men and we could overpower them. Our men are ready and willing to fight. First you must destroy the airstrip by continous bombarding. I will signal for the attack to begin after our divebombers have eradicated the enemy planes. "Around sixty thousand, rough estimate. Captain Dafydd are you sure about this?"
"Of course I am you idiot, once they cross the marker they can only go further into our trap. Those fools have no idea how wage a real war, all they're doing is storming at us with men, a few airplanes and some tanks. Well, there's the easy way to kill many and the hard way. Apparantly their commanders want to be kind for our men."
"All AA missiles have been activated, patriots and the naval AA missiles."
"Are the AT guns ready, the 120mm?"
"Of course. We have one hundred of them, enough to blow their panzers to bits."

On the open plain above the beach the ruins of the TUC bunkers were reinforced with sandbags, with the guns aimed inland. Heavily upgraded MG42's with titanium barrels were locked and loaded; camouflaged CAV AP waited for their prey. The artillery was retreating, back the safety of the beach, while aiming the barrels again to start a thermite barrage on the incoming TUC troops.

As the roar of the cannon and the howitzers keep on going many soldiers cannot sleep and drink Army Coffee Rations *ACR* to try and stay awake. Morale is mediocre but rations are in good supply. Alcohol, drugs and women *prostitutes* are banned but we are firing marijuana, ectasy and mustard gas smoke at them to kill as many as possible. Marijuana to make them unable to fire, ectasy to build paranoia and possible death and mustard gas to KILL. We need a solid base of operations. We have outgrown the current capacity of the beach."
"Aye sir, will be done."

In the air the F117's were still airborne, finding their waye to the attacking TUC artillery only. When the cannons and howitzers are gone, it is time for the infantry attack on their second line of defense. Meanwhile from the Guffingfordii frigates and cruisers the missiles were launched to spread death among the innocent people.

Drastic New Plans Of Action!

The High Council of The Military, with permission from our leader and Parliament has ordered the following things to be done:

1.All cruisers, battleships and any type of ship in the Navy that is not a submarine is to be scuttled and the metals to be recycled.

2. Everybody 100 miles or less from the fighting is to be evacuated to the North to gather food.

3. Alcohol is banned. OUTRIGHT.

4. Every factory that produced the following: China, ice-cream, liquor, chocolates and all things unnecessary must be switched to making weapons until 1 month after the war is over.

5. Half of the AA guns, all artillery and all tanks are to be sent to the 2nd and 3rd line of defence.

6. Conscription is now part of the law. 2% of the male population is to be conscripted into either the army *engineer, medic, soldiers etc* or the airforce.

"Sir, our operatives have found out that the enemy are planning an airstrike against our artillery, what should we do?"
"Send all our fighters into the air, alert all AA guns"

S.O.D "Special Operatives Division" has sent 10 snipers to the beachheads, camouflaged and heavily armed they are deadly, and have at least killed 8 men each. Also Suicide Missions are about to begin, 100 prisoners that have been sentenced to death for rape or murder, been found guilty are to be Suicide Bombers.

Our missile, a major improvement from the French ''Exocet'' is to be fired today* It has been vastly improved and is inpenitreble to most forms of AA weapons. Based on the design of the ''Exocet'' used against the British in the Falklands War it has been heavily improved and now is much more deadly, with a half megaton of power it is enough to sink most ships. Only 100 have been authorised to be manufactured.

"Sir, we have a single incoming missile."
"One?" Captain Dafydd cried of laughter, inbetween he commanded to fire plenty of anti-radarsnow in it's calcultated trajectory. "Oh yeah... Signal all the ships we have ONE!!! Incoming missile!"

On the ships they waited patiently, no one rushing or in panic. Just quietly waiting until the missile shows up, if the coastal anti-missile batteries haven't destroyed it already. Field Marshall Ynsson was very annoying by the way the war was going, he wanted to see action. Yesterday new thirty two SLBM's came in by cargoship, unlike Dafydd, Ynsson was going to use them all.

"Communicator, send a flash message to both Trident submarines [UK Vanguard class sub; heavily updated both internal and external] to fire twelve thermite warheads [causing extreme wildfires in cities] at their major military facilities of The Upper Congo. ''Fire 20 missiles!'', shouted Commander King, from all over the underground base 20 missiles were headed towards the enemy, 5 at their military base on the beacheads and 15 at their Navy. Hopefully this will kill MANY. 23 of the 36 VX SLBM's have been shot down, either by AA fire or fighter intervention. But 13 is still a lot and killed 1,200, and wounding 2,000. In the meantime all the troops have gathered along the whole beachline. Several small towns and cities were bypassed, forming an airtight seal from the sea. Another great air raid was underway to The Upper Congo, one that will completely whipe out everything in my path to clear the way for their surrender. One B52 was carrying one free-fall nuclear bomb [25KT], flying at 10KM height, while other airplanes flew with the B52 for protection against AA missiles - AA guns don't have the range. It would be dropped above a relatively lightly populated area, farmland. Not to kill, but to show them we are prepared to use our nuclear arsenal if they do not submit. Instead of the blunt nuclear weapons small tactical nuclear warheads of 1KT will hit smaller cities.

On the beach the men prepared themselves for the attack on their second line of defense - MBT's and infantry will make up the front wave of the assault while AV 8B Harrier II's played a major support role by taking down their artillery and such. The first attack from the cruisers was hitting them already; three hundred and fifty missiles were locked on specified targets along the whole line of defence - every sector would suffer damage from the attack.

You have asked for it.

Across the whole country the air-raid sirens screach, millions of people were rushing to their shelters to prevent destruction. Solidly built and 20 foot underground they were safe, with each shelter with enough food to last for 3 weeks.

Artillery shells rain down upon Guffingfords advancing troops and nearby snipers do their job. All military units on the 2nd and 3rd line have been notified of the offensive, 200,000 men, 300 tanks and 200 artillery pieces defend the 2nd line with the help of 1,000 medics and engineers.

President Anderson was between appointments as he strode down the finely furnished corridors of the house with his Secret Service Detail.

As he passed the Bisely Room his Chief of Staff approached from the opposite direction.

"Mr President, Guffingford has started the attack on TUC fully. We expect casulaties to reach the millions."

"God Dammit, why on earth are they doing it?"

"We still aren't 100% sure sir. It could be a genuine reason for war, or it could be...."

"A message to the NWO and allies, that they are still there and willing to cause trouble. Ben, what are our options on this one?"

"Well Sir, if we show too much interest they may fear intervention. However showing none to the slaughter of a million or more could be seen as unethical by the International community. Right now General Siler is suggesting that we send a two carrier BattleGroup to the area as an observational force. We can do it loudly to show them they we are part of Africa, and that we care whats going on in our back garden."

The President looked briefly at the cieling, a gesture that some people mistakenly thought was looking to God for guidance. Infact the President was about as much of an Athiest that you could find, a matter that was kept reasonably quiet by the Press Office in this majority Christian nation.

"Ok Ben. Order the carriers there ASAP, and get Tom to make an announcement."

"Yes Mr President"

In fifteen minutes the Black Prince Carrier BattleGroup was headed towards the coast off the TUC, they would be in International waters and would not be directly between the Guff fleet and the coast, but would still be making their presence felt.

When the move was confirmed, a short statement was issued from the New White House Press Room, a copy of which was handed by the IH ambassador to Guffingford to their Government.

The United States of Independent Hitmen has been watching the events unfolding in The Upper Congo and is most disturbed by the apparent disregard for civilian life, currently being shown by Guffingford commanders in theatre. As such a two Carrier Battle Group has been ordered to the area to oversee events that could very well threaten United States assets and interests as well as the freedom of the people of The Upper Congo.

Attack!

2 policemen pull over a Guffingford supply van, dressed as policeman by law the van had to pull over. They asked for the driver to please step outside the vehicle, ''fine damnit, i'm getting out you assholes'' said the driver, ''Policeman'' Bill Parker was having none of this, he took out his desert eagle and shot the driver dead. He took his body and dumped it in a garbage can, after taking his clothes and his wallet. ''Policeman'' Rod Kingsley dressed as the driver and soon radioed HQ ''Get the explosives over here, don't forget the C4 this time. Within 10 minutes another van had arrived and soon the stolen vehicle was full of C4 and explosives. Rod drived at the speed limit, he did not want to be pulled over by a real cop. Soon he arrived at the enemy base, showed his I.D card and was told to park the van near the HQ tent. This were going well. ''Somebody will come in 30 minutes to unload the supplies'' Well that was his job done. Now to get out of the base! He commendered a nearby motorcycle and rode quickly out of there, he knew the explosives were enough to kill hundreds, maybe thousands if lucky. It was his payback, his whole family was killed during the second bombing raid.

He touched the little red button and could hear a massive explosion, he rode him and pondered if it was successful, how many were killed? Two miles further he could see a small mushroom cloud, not as big as one created by a nuclear device but he knew he was having his revenge. He would never see his wife's beautiful blue eyes, he would never hear his son's laughter, he would never see daughter lovely blonde hair. Rod, by the time he got back to HQ had cried himself wet, no-one had ever seen him express any emotions after the air-raid and he could take the pain no longer. He went into his office, took out his rifle and shot himself in the head. He would soon see his family again.

Signal the Vanguards to launch six Sarin Trident II SLMB's at their most densly populated area's. Make sure they do not get in the range of anti-missile systems. I want to see them bleed.
"Field Marshall Ynsson is still alive Captain Dafydd, thank God!"
"Thank God indeed. How was the graphite bombardment?"
"Excellent, assumingly we knocked out 80% of their electric capabilities."
"Goddamn bastards are resorting to terrorism... We shall see who can terrorize one best. Order our men to start gathering citizens, let's come out and play."

LOSSES: 1653 dead; 2170 wounded.

OOC: this isn't military help...:D

IC:

To: Guffingford Military Command.
From: Red Gold, Illegal anti-TUC group.

We have seen how the government fails to act in this war between yourself and TUC, and so we, Red Gold, would like to aid yourselves in this war.

We cannot unfortunatly send military personell at the current time, we have only a few troops, but what we propose is to act alongside you to give you:

Intelligence Reports,
Medical Aid,
Attacks against TUCs civilian population, using terrorist Tactics.

We only ask of you to give us a safe place to base our operations from, which cannot be traced backed to ourselves, yourself, your allies, and VP and allies.

if you can do so we will be willing to act immediatly and launch a devastating attack on their population.

Thankyou, Blue Two, second in command RG.

OOC: No outside help accepted in this thread, on my part or on Guffingfords.

With 80% of the country in the dark most people just went on with life as normal. Weapon productions still went on, radio and television broadcasts still went on. People accepted the fact that life was going to be hard until the war ended, and even then there was not going to be a sigh of relief.
''Sir! Sir!''
''What is it now Corporal!?!''
''Our attack on the beachhead camp was successful! It killed 1653 people and wounded 2170!''
''Excellent, I heard about the suicide of Soldier Rod, poor man''
''Very sad news to hear''
''Well, at least he is happy now''

As the enemy stage another missile strike people rushed to the underground air-raid shelters where there was still electricity thanks to the generators. 2,300 people were still killed though and 700 were wounded. The government has re-opened the underground cities used in the first war against the Allies, it had not been used for months now but everything was still running, four major cities : Pokina, Lesk, Huji and Hara were all connected by underground trains, they provided they're own electricity and even had shops, military installations and ammunitions factories. Pokina was located half a mile from an underground river and brought fresh water to every city undeground. Lesk and Hara provided the food, corn, meat, lettuce, figs and sugar that could provide for every underground city and Huji provided the electricity to power everything. One weakness though, after a few months new oxygen had to come in and so the gateways to the cities had to be opened to allow enough fresh air for another long time. But hopefully the war would be over by then.

OOC: I ain't godmodding, my people can't live in ruins anymore so I am evacuating them to the underground cities.

Operation Stormforce

"Marshall Ynsson, their citizens are fleeing from the ruined cities to the underground."
"How kind, they are hiding in their own gaschamber. Order the troops to start the offensive now, this has to end."
"Aye sir."

From the beachhead, one hundred thousand troops and one thousand tanks (M1 Abrams MBT), nine hundred pieces of artillery and mobile fuel units began the assault on the second defense line. From the air F117's bombed the TUC with rockets while Sea Shadow class ships also began missile strikes upon bunkers and pillboxes. All the MBT's used shells with a depleted uranium tip for maximum penetration effect. The XM777 heavy artillery was set up and commened a full phosphor strike, fire was raining down from heaven upon the TUC men.

From the coastline the TUC defence lines were being bombed by cruisers and destroyers while machinegunners from helicopters and from the ground spraying bullets on TUC barricades. From the sea these fortifications were under attack by the Aasimar battleships protected by SeaKing anti-sub helicopters, Warrington class anti-submarine frigates and Dardo class AA cruisers. The final cleansing has begun.

There is no use attacking the coastal towns, they were all evacuated the day the war started.

Beachhead

"Captain Dafydd, we have orders to abandon The Upper Congo now. A coalition has been formed against the Mississippian Federation, Kahta and their allies."
"What the hell? Show me." The communicator gave Dafydd the flash message who immediately ordered all troops to turn around 180°. Everything was rushed in transport ships, helicopters, Hercules airplanes. Twenty-four hours later all troops had abandoned their attacking positions and were on the way back to the Beachhead. Every ship or airplane enroute to reinfoce the Guffingfordii positions was ordered to turn around. All defensive positions were raided of equipment, endangering the current position but until the last moment fighters and bombers would patrol the line of Guffingfordii soldiers. Day and night without a coffee break or to eat everything was loaded back on the ships, into the airplanes and flewn or sailed back to Guffingford. This whole sudden operation took two weeks of non-stop work from all available men. The last man lowered the Guffingfordii ensign on the beachhead ending the presence of Guffingford in The Upper Congo.

OOC: Sorry mate, something bigger is coming up.

In the underground newspapers the following was printed........

VICTORY!!!!!!!!!!!

The enemy have evacuated our great country, the underground cities will still be going and it is time to rebuild. President Tolts has ordered that a major revampment of the country to modernise our economy and rebuild the army, navy and airforce. Our Frunze-Class Battleships have been modernised, our submarines are still on high alert but people are living their lives again.

OOC: Talk about an abrubt ending.
