A Skorpion Inquisitor on top of a skyscraper was waiting for Rachel Bershov's Presidential limo to pass. In his hands, he clutched a handheld railgun powerful enough to kill an Upper Xen T4 MBT in one hit. He looked through bioelectric scope. Rachel was sitting in the back.
"Alright, i'm ready."
"Do it."
The Inquisitor fired, the Tungsten railgun slug tearing the armored limousine in half and sending both pieces into the air. Rachel Bershov didn't even know what hit her, nor did her chauffeur, or her family who were all in the limousine at that time. A second shot destroyed the vice-presidential limo in the same manner. Chaos would soon erupt in the Burnsian Desert.
What Had to happen to get to that point....
At some Airport: Flight #493, Pwnage Air landed at Highfather International Airport. The large lizardman in a trenchcoat looked at his watch. He had 4 hours. Better hurry.
He walked up to the security check, where he was greeted by a large, gruff looking man.
"Passport?" Good.
"Luggage?" The large lizardman needed none so he answered "No, I have no luggage."
"Ok." answered the security agent "step through the metal detector please."
Nothing.
"Good, you're cleared, have a good day sir."
"You too."
The lizardman walked out to the terminal, where he was picked up in a BMW 765i by one Robert Fung, a "Professor" at a Burnsian University.
"Good day Robert."
"Ah... Gai Pan, I reserved the Penthouse and Roof access at the Burnsian Hilton. You have a clear shot at the planned travel route for Rachel Bershov's limo."
"Excellent. Where are the goods?"
"In the trunk. That railgun was a bitch to assemble, I had to make it myself from spare parts bought from science catalogs. Luckily I already a mini-fusion reactor on me when I came over."
In the Penthouse:
Gai hauled 2 suitcases into the Penthouse and opened the them both. He opened the suitcases. Alright... now. Gai placed the 2 rails into the railgun's jacket and clicked in the compulsator and reactor. Then he attached the stock and the trigger system to the weapon. From the second suitcase, he found a 2 liter bottle of soda filled with liquid chemical insulator. He poured it ijnot the water jacket of the railgun. Then he took the elevator up to the roof. Sweet.... Now Rachel would be coming this way in exactly 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
