Basic Organisation:
'The 10'
A group of 10 mysterious government agents. Some of the best intelligence operatives in the world, The 10 are in charge of AGAFIA (aka Section Z), and very rarely are used in the field. The only known use of one of The 10 is in the Rubberduckistan Resistance movement, as a support agent, getting arms and equipment into the country, and supplying safehouses.
Special Operations Group 12
A group of 400 commandos gathered for the purposes of having a rapid response team which can be smuggled into other nations, like regular agents, but upon reaching a safehouse (equipment already there, of course) they become a powerful sabotage group.
