Attention! All allies of Xeraph and members of TEOO!

The nations of Yautja, Yunatia, and Melorion, along with the RWC, are rattling their sabres against the combined forces of TEOO.

I need to know who will respond to these threats, and in what manner. Massive mobilisation is going to be needed. The 3 nations mentioned previously are not much of a problem, but the RWC is another matter.

In addition to the members of TEOO, I am calling on GAPTS, AXE, and all non-aligned friends of Xeraph to aid us in this potential war.

We have called a temporary truce with Yautja, pending negotiations. We have not heard from the other two as yet. All allies, please hold off attacks against Yautja until further notice.

There have been conflicts in the past with the RWC, involving TEOO, Xeraph, and other alliances, namely the NWO and NATO. Situations are brewing below the surface, so be prepared........

OOC: Despite being an ex-member, I still talk to the RWC a lot, I can tell you quite with my current knowledge, (which you can probably guess is quite extensive) there is no actual sabre rattling going on... the only semi-alliance Sabre rattling is the entire Guff vs Twist/RF thing, which seems to have died...

Last I heard, the Guff/Twist thing is still simmering. If not, then all well and good. The fact is,is that I sent a not-too-veiled threat to Guff via his "what I think of you" post, to which he responded. So, maybe there's something there, maybe not. I'm going to be ready nonetheless.

There is no "source of aggression". Just two large forces trading insults. And with all due respect to the CDU, you are in no position to demand anything of Xeraph. The simple fact of the existence of Xeraph, and potentially it's allies, in the CDU brings a great deal of respect to this fledgling alliance. I ask, with all respect, for the CDU, in it's entirety, to consider joining the TEOO. We are over 100 nations strong, and growing.

Let it be known that The Most Serene Republic of TheWretched Lotus will be posting 10 independent observers in the countries of Yautja, Yunatia, and Melorion concentrated in major cities and 50 independent observers stationed in nations allied with both the RWC and TEOO.

These observers will be armed with nothing more than homebrew covert cameras. Any human rights abuse or deliberate targeting of civilans will be reported directly to our intelligence agencies VIA sattelite phone. oh, and not the junion member board..I posted the request there and four days later nobody responds...

The only actions taken by the RWC against the TEOO is by allying itself with a nation that has called for our destruction. Green Sun is ready to help fight them on a moment's notice.

Ferdinand strode out onto the balcony and gazed down upon Trisam. The ancient cobbled streets and thatched houses looked buitifull in the dawn and in the distance a peregrin falcon could be seen diving down and breaking the backs of its prey. Ferdianad smiled at the site and it reminded him of the situation that was emerging with Xeraph. He gazed over his notes, Xeraph, a former memebr of the RWC had turned and attacked his former allys. Not that they had ever been missed. It was quite amusing how This nation thought that it could take on even the remanants of the RWC, although it had no where near the numbers it once had it still had some very potent memebers. The Emperor was distrubed in his thoughts by his intelligence officer "Your majesty. I belive the war is about to begin, already Xeraphs satellites have been diverted to fly over the Macabees and Guffingford. At the moment we are looking for any satellites that are being diverted to fly over Huzeny territory, if there are any i have already issued the order for them to be destroyed."

The Emperor thought for amoment and then spoke "Very well, this might be a good chance to test the new anti-satellite sweets on our new battleships. For now we will stay in the sidelines. I do not believe the Xeraph will follow through with there posturing. If it does declare war then any of Xerphas satelliets we can reach are to be destroyed. Keep me updated but for now my main concern is that my breakfast will be getting cold. Excuse me"

The Intelligende officer bowed and proptly left while the Emperor sat down at his desk and read the papers while enjoying his weekly fry up.

As the info started pouring in from the orbiting spacedocks, it became apparent that Xeraph may have bitten off more than it could chew. The RWC was a shadow of it's former self, but still potent....still deadly. Guffingford, Maccabees, Huzen Hagen, and all the rest were military strongholds. Emperor Alaric Tan'it could only envision defeat and humiliation at the hands of these barbarians. So, the TEOO nations would have to be involved. Perhaps even some of the NWO people could be persuaded to......what? Nothing overt has as yet happened between the RWC and Xeraph. Just a few insults. Nothing to get overly concerned about.

Alaric knew he should act quickly, but he held back. The unfamiliar feeling of, not fear, but apprehension, held his hand from signalling an all-out attack on the nations of the RWC. "This would be a bad one", he thought. "Millions will die on both sides, whole regions rendered uninhabitable for years. There must be a way to attack without letting them know......"

Emperor Scorpius sat in his office, hands folded in front of him; he was in deep thought. Again, the Empire of Risban could be put in the compromising position of war between allies.... When tensions between the NWO and RWC had reached a boiling point, the Emperor had withdrawn Risban from the RWC, promising to maintain healthy relations....
Now, the Empire of One and the Right-Wing Collective were steadily approaching war. In such a conflict, millions would die. He could not allow such a thing to take place with Risban being a part of it. He would order his Minister of Foreign Affairs to declare neutrality in the matter and attempt to work on avoiding war.
Scorpius sighed. This wasn't a very good year for Risban.

The opinion of the other members of TEOO are not required when a direct threat is tendered. The notification itself in an indication that help is needed. Xeraph created nothing. It responded to a potentially explosive situation, which, BTW, has resolved itself for the time being.

If, however, any member of TEOO has issue with Xeraph, or the way Xeraph proceeds in the face of potential battle, please address it in the forum, and we will be happy to discuss it.
