CounterMeasures
The Tu-25/Z is equipped with a new electronic countermeasures suite for individual aircraft, and for mutual and group protection in the forward and rear hemispheres. The countermeasures system includes a pilot illumination radar warning receiver, chaff and infrared decoy dispensers, and an active multi-mode jammer located in the wingtip pods.

Notes:
The PARTISAN missile is a Hogsweatian version of the Sidewinder missile. It's essentially the same except it's load is a bit lighter.
The COALITION missile is the Hogsweatian version of the AIM-120 AMRAAM, but with this time with a heavier load.

Why too many hardpoints?

You need to have enough spacing between the hardpoints to allow the air to pass through to create lift. The problem become multiplied ten fold when operatiing at high-supersonic speeds.

Quite simply, the air-resistance, even at high altitudes, would sheer the missiles and the wings right off, that is if it didn't stall out first.

There is also absolutley no need to have four 30mm Cannons, you would be much better off with a single multi-barrel cannon in the nose as the current configuration would cause problems and really, is overkill.

Overall, the design does not appear aerodynamic enough to reach Mach 3 let alone 4.2

I'm sure someone with a degree in areospace engineering will come by and explain to you, I got the speech when i released FU-29K, meh


I would suggest you make the wings larger and more swept back if you hope to keep all the harpoints and high speed.

You would be better off removing all hardpoins and using an internal weapons bay

SU-27 has 14 hardpoints. Either SU-27, or one of it's variants.

I think, too include that many hardpoints on a fighter that can go that fast and is equipped with four cannons is going to put strain on the airframe in ridiculous amounts. I'm worried that you'll be able to carry weapons on only 8-10 of the hardpoints because any more may add too much weight and snap the wings off.

I could be wrong, though.

I will probably go with the multi barrel and swept wings.. but remember that the missiles are relatively small [smaller than their western counterparts] and the wings are fairly large.

Note that the base for this was the Su-27 Variant, the Su 35. And this plane is bigger than that. Therefore i don't think I need anymore changes except the nose gun.
