After successful combative operations in Guffingford, the Grand Prince of Daikerta, Alexei Brusilov, has decided to open the borders of the Grand Empire to international relations. To promote the growth, welfare, and frienship of nations of the international community, Daikerta is more than willing to establish embassies within nations seeking interest, as well as bringing embassies into the Empire. The Emperor is welcoming all countries to opening relations, be it friend or (former) foe.
Ambassadors from foreign states will be treated with the utmost respect, and will be given the greatest of luxuries available to our great Empire. Security will be tight, ensuring the protection of the men as they live within Daikerta
If wished, diplomatic relations can be fleshed out and advanced, possibly agreeing on becoming trade partners, and/or sign treaties of peace.
