The fledling multinational liberation army (or multinational terrorist organization, depends on who you ask) is looking to purchase an attack sub with submered-to-land missle capabilites from a Nation willing to sell one. WorkersUnite can pay in cash or information. WorkersUnite would also require basic training in how to operate this vehicle.

OOC: From one new nation to another, I'm judging by your post count here, so sorry if I'm wrong...you might want to wait a little while before going out and acquiring equipment. Especially if you're a terrorist orginization, people catch wind of it: War.
