Indeed your help will allow us to rebuild the destroyed territory that is Kaliningrad. The steel will be used to rebuild the countless buildings that cease to stand; the tungsten to construct bridges and other infrastructure; and lastly the nickel for a new currency specific to Kaliningrad.
tungsten, steel, and nickel,eh? What about the others? Like iron, or silver, or uranium! ;) :p ;)

Iron and silver I have in abudance and isn't that necessary for this building project. The iron I do have is good enough. And to introduce uranium into Kaliningrad would be like the Russians building a fission reactor inside Chechnya.
