Right inside the ASC maindome center building is a elevator that instead of rising it moves deep to the lower half of the main dome. Here is Operation "STELLARIS". A group of nations and peoples sent by the powerful creators of the dimensions and universes to fight for truth and have fast victories. The nations are not overly powerful. Although they do come from the year 10138. The ships they travel in have already the ability to move through time or dimensions. Now the nations ask for a council of other nations from the more recent time zone to help the continuation of this dimension. For they see a broken past, and a forgotten future. The leader of board is Leo Core Blue, leader of ASC, although he is not human he is feared due to his power in the previous dimension. Co. Leader of the board is Acid Dimensia Blue, Leo's wife and leader of SilverBrood, She is also a shapeshifter. The other leader board people are Wilson J. Echmire, Sullivan W. Zero, Andetto S. Zemon, Zith Y. Young, and Audrey J. Kullinger. These leaders are all of other dimensions also. Only one is human, Audrey.
