AIRFORCE ONE - VICTORIA ENROUTE OTTAWA

President Wittrock sat on the couch as he looked over at his shoulder at Jocelyn Le Dressay, they have been seeing one another since they were both invited for Christmas by the Graves - she was the sister of Mai Graves. One of his best friend's sister-in-laws.

"I bet you'll be glad to be home, Jocelyn. Sorry we had to change plans and not going to Pacitalia. The CNSTF was worried after the assassination that remaining GLPN insurgents would still be in Pacitalia. And since the Federal Republic of Canada has the highest amount of military personnel currently stationed in Pactalia, it is logical to spot me as a target."

This is a joint effort by both The Canadian Union and myself.

Jocelyn nodded, "It's ok, Anthony. We'll get there someday."

He smiled at her, "Maybe our honeymooning location?"

Jocelyn smiled back, "Perhaps, Anthony, Perhaps."

He gave her a kiss on the cheek as he stood to his feet from where they lounged, "Do you want anything to drink? Perhaps something to eat? I am for sure, thirsty."

"Yes..got any sherry," she asked.

"Everyone needs some sherry now and then. My brother-in-law is a good example," she chuckled.

He smiled as he walked over to the alcohol cabinet as he took out a bottle of sherry from the shelf as he took two glasses and poured them some."

Walking over, "I wouldnt of thought, Colin was a Sherry type of guy."

Handing her a glass of Sherry.

As she sipped, she said, "Oh, neither did I, but he tells me he'll drink ANYTHING after cabinet meetings."

"So..tell me," she snuggled up next to him, "why are we going to Ottawa again?"

Wittrock laughed as he sat down beside Jocelyn and looked at her over her shoulder with a smile, "An Official State Visit. After an Election, I go to Parliament Hill to address the newly elected Parliament of the Federal Republic of Eastern Canada."

"Oh, right, the election- I remember now. Colin got a really big majority, I think."

"Well, anyway, it'll be nice to get to Ottawa again."

"After the Seperation of the Dominion. The Conservatives in Eastern Canada have always hold the majority, it ruined the Liberal Party's reputation after the public learnt that Paul Martin and his associates were behind Stephen Harper's assassination."

"It sure will be, good to see my future in-laws. Who would of thought that Colin and I would be brother-in-laws?" He laughed.

"I remember the Harper case- they had CSIS working on it for weeks- hell, we thought it was Al Qaeda."

"Yeah, who'd have thought it? The eccentric man from Windsor and the old man from Vancouver as brothers-in-law," she chuckled.

Wittrock poked her lightly to tease her, "I am not old."

She chuckled. "A tickler, eh?"

Wittrock laughed in response then became more serious on their discussion on the Harper assassination, "To be blunt on the CSIS Report on the Assassination of Stephen Harper, I do not think Al Qaeda would never of done something capable of assassinating a world leader, especially one of Canada because there were several key members in Canada where they developed funds and recieved money from the Liberal Government to fund to spread their terror globally."

"That's true, but, remember, Martin was feeding us bad info. I remember sorting through garbage for weeks and weeks- I told my superiors, but they wouldn't do anything. They told me to just keep looking."

"Ah well, that entire sharad is know behind us and is apart of the dark histories of our country and her people."

"Indeed. Even worse than the Avro Arrow."

Wittrock bent his head down to look at his glass of full Sherry with a frown as his heart mourned with that tragic tradegy, he looked back up as he took a shot of the Sherry and gave a light cough, "This is some good stuff."

"That it is." She took another sip. "I take it that I shouldn't have mentioned the Arrow," she replied.

"That is only one thing that I disliked about our former-American allies, for forcing the cancellation of that project. They would rather want to spend money on a faulty missile shield then an Intereceptor aircraft ahead of its time. As one President Roosevelt once said, 'Canada is the aerodome of democracy'."

"I remember. In history class, they used to talk about the fighters we got from the Americans instead- the F-5? Come on."

Wittrock nodded he smiled at his soon to be wife as he gave her a light kiss on the cheek, "I am glad that they finally introduced us during the Christmas Holidays."
