Muru, having finally reach a level of economic stability after it's painfull transferance to communism, has turned it's eyes outward to the workers of the world and their plights.
Muru recognizes that the conversion to communist is often a painfull process, that can force a democratic leader or even a strong authoritaran leader to turn back to capitalism. We are willing to help you through those 'growing pains' in order to lead you to greatness.
In order to qualify for help, a nation must meet all of the following requirements.
-- Economy status "devloping" or worse.
-- Communist or Socialist
-- Leader not guilty of any crimes against humanity
-- Population of 200million or less. (we don't have the budget for larger nations)
-- Has not commited an act of aggressive warfare in at least 20 years.
Nations that wish for economic aid would get the following benifits.
-- Muruian crime prevention methods to curb the black market (Muru's crime rate is almost zero). A black market sprining up is one of the main signs of capitalism trying to hold on.
-- Housing projects to curb homelessnes and hunger, the people need reassurance that the current governement will meet their basic needs.
-- Worker reeducation programs desinged to habilitate those with no skills.
-- A 10-billion dollars a year for a decade grant for the explicit purpose of building and upgrading factorties and industry.
-- Help in smoothing the transition from our "Ministry of information"
-- Help from our "Ministry of Production" in how to inspire the social change needed to make workers productive. Laziness was the death of the old USSR, don't let it be the death of you.
-- Up-to-date millitary equipment to take the strain of manintaing an army off your shoulders. Including tanks, infantry armor, traning, Mig's, Old defensive submarines, landmines, chemical weapons refinment facilites, and (in some cases) long range nuclear weapons.
