Greetings fellow nations. I have come here in hopes of saving my country from economic devastation. Since the formation of the Democratic States of Kervoskia we have had strong anti-business policies and have not been to enthused about trade relations. We did this in hopes of protecting our people from corporatiosn who only wished to exploit them. We now see that this has been a mistake. People are using the black market to do business. Our economy is weak and we wish to remedy that. We will open our nation to business to any nation who would like to invest in our country. We want to make the economy stronger sot he people will have a higher standard of living.

We at UFSTE wish to invest your collapsing economy so that your poor citizens may reap the benefits of our products. As you may or may not know, UFSTE is the leading manufacturing giant in Lachenburg, creating anything from semi-conductors to airplane engines. We have a highly trained and highly motivated workforce and we are willing to spread our companies into your borders. 2 dozen Factories and Manufacturing plants would be setup by both UFSTE contractors and your own contractors. The following policies would be enforced by our company:


- 100% native workforce in production lines
- 40% native workforce in public relation/customer service
- 10% native workforce in management
- 1 week paid vaction per year for all workers
- 10 weeks maternity leave
- 4 USD per hour minimum wage
- 20 sickdays per year per worker
- $1,500,000 credit for an UFSTE product

In return, we wish to be granted the following:

- Free housing for Lachenburgian workers
- Permission to invest in your nation's companies
- Have one member of UFSTE on the Board of Directors of every manufacturing company in your nation
- Kervoskia must pay for the building costs of these plants over a 10 year period of time (plus 8% interest).
