Public announcement from Jordan Reynolds, people's Commissar for security. Today, The Democratic Republic Yugoamerica has decided to embark on an ambitious new international program, outside of the UN's juristiction. The WSN (world security network) will be a cooperative operation, whose member nations shall work together to de-rail any threats against the state. However, any government found guilty of extreme human rights abuses against it's own people shall not be admitted.

The People's Republic of The Shining Red Star will gladly join this new organization, and will send any information concerning known international criminals and partisans.

IC - The Nation of Hiroshiko wishes to join the WSN as it may improve our overall international relationships. Our nation is dedicated to the fortification of security among nations. Our government treats our citizens with utter respect. Slavery, racism, and similar variants do not majorly exist within our borders. Please consider us as a member of the WSN.

After years of being an isolationist colony, our Confederacy feels that it is within our best interests to join an alliance of this sort. Thus, we are curious in the finer detials of this organization, what it has planned for the future and how to join. Although the Confederacy has relativley few minorities (0.1% of the population), we treat all citizens with the same hammer of justice and equality.

I hope you shall seriously consider this request, so that this great organization may continue to grow and prosper.

The WSN will be comprised of 3 sections, Terrorism, International Drug Cartels and Arms dealers, with perhaps more added. Each section will be crewed equally by all member nations, and each nation will have their own secure server, as well as the shared server where most of the information will be stored.

The Empire of Risban would like to join this alliance to further stop the spread of terrorism and other such acts. We would also like to help others in cracking down on drug cartels. We would be willing to help finance anything however we can.

The Empire of Risban's intelligence group, Prometheus, is currently following any and all traces and leads to see who started these riots. Upon finding out, we will inform you all.
Should anyone have intelligence/information on this matter, we would be most happy to have it.

Our own intellegence sources believe this attack is somehow connected to the socialist uprisings that have occured in Risban. Currently we suspect that the leader of these riots, Xavier de Salaberry is most likely responsible for the attacks and should be apprehended at once.

Until further information is gathered, this is all we can base this investegation off of. Of course, we must keep our eyes and ears open for any other clues is as to the orgin of this attack.

However, it seems to our agents in the field have tracked a certian number of arms shipments to these rioters by a detachment of Yugoamerica Speztnaz soliders, which we believe are under the command of your country's leader.

If the explosives used by the terrorist were of Yugoamerican orgin, Xavier de Salaberry would be indirectly at fault for the attacks on Risban. Because he is now a suspect, our Agencies cannot trust the credibility of your leader and the authorities he commands.

My name is James sullivan, and I represent The Agglomerate, an organization that has noted with no little concern the formation of a 'World Security network' which could easily threatn our organization, as a result we wish information reagarding the oppinions of this WSN on the issue of Nuclear weapons, Nuclear war, Nuclear proliferation and anti nuclear international terrorism.

Imperial Statement Concerning Nuclear War/Weapons
The Empire of Risban is firmly anti-nuclear war. The Empire possesses seven, and only seven, nuclear missiles, which are to be used only as an ultimate defence. Only if Risban is out of every single option there is would it use nuclear weapons.

The Democratic Republic of Yugoamerica believes only responsible recognized nations should have access to these weapons.

The USS of UGSS does support the cause of nuclear disarmament but does not support terrorism. The ends do not justify the means. Though that does not mean we will attack you, thouh we advise you don't attack an ally of the WSN or UDF.

I recently launched a campaign to ensure safety in Panama DA. The land had no ruler and needed government. When I began mobilization another nation sadi that if I went through with my campaign he would launch a full out attack. In this sort of situation, where a member of the WSN or UDF began conflict in such a way, would he have WSN or UDF backing?

I think WSN is more of a loose intelligence commonwealth, not an alliance.

The Republic of Siap would love to pool its resources with this organization. The Siapian Intelligence Network can provide information on many terrorists and some weapons cartels. We have smuggling rings that have been evading tariffs which have been obnoxiously good at covering their tracks.

This seems like a nice link-up for the orginization expecially with the links to weapons cartels..

We know of a cartel that has been buying antiquated PT boats off one of our naval producers. They're selling them to the cartel with tracking devices on them, but we also made our naval producers put C-3 scuttling charges on them. If anyone has piracy of their trade, let us know.
