With the world around us getting more dangerous each and every day, the government of Canadas People feel the need to protect its citizens to the greatest extent from any outside force. On behalf of the new Prime Minster of Canada and myself the Minister of Home Land Security we would like in announce and put into place a series of many new plans for protecting all of Canadas People citizens.

Effective immediately Canada’s People will be putting into place a nation wide bar code scanning program for all citizens of other nations coming into our country. Such programs are already in place for current citizens of Canadas People. This program is a state of the art way of tracking each person that enters our great nation. Citizens of other nations coming into our country will be scanned and all appropriate information will be collected and put into a national data bank. This program will have a series of roles. One wich will allow the Government of Canadas People to effectively track the amount of tourists coming into the country and where they enjoy spending their time the most. However if a person entering the Nation is suspected to pose a threat greater measures will be taken. If a person has nothing to hide then being scanned will not be that big of a deal.

In an effort to route out illegal immigrants from sneaking into our country. Increases in boarder patrol of land, sea and air will now be commencing by our nations military and coast guard. As well as the need to monitor our nations airspace the Government of Canadas people will now be implementing a space program and sending monitoring satellites into the skies above.

To protect Canadas People from the possible threats of terrorist attacks against our nation, our government will now be creating a multi million-dollar agency called the Canadas People Intelligence and Information Security Service or CPIISS for short. This new agency is one of the first on its kind for Canadas People.

Increases to military spending have now reached an all time high and will remain to increase to better protect our citizens of our nation from the threats that may be put towards us. The purchase of new equipment along with the upgrading of other, the development of new bases around our nation as well as highly sophisticated weapons and the new enhanced technology that our nation has never seen have now brought the military into a new era. Our every growing pursuit to peacekeeping and providing disaster response can also be fulfilled. As well as providing the comfort our citizens require on the home front.

It is reminded that Canadas People does not wish to pursue war but merely protect its citizens within. However if such events do occur our government will not be afraid to react.

Such implementations are viewed as great achievements by the current administration in monitoring the citizens that enter and exit our nation. All citizens currently touring Canadas People who are of Seratoah decent and wish to leave this nation may do so as long as all exit criteria are met. Such criteria will remain classified at this time.

On behalf of the Government Of Canadas People id like to make the following announcement.

Over the past hours the Government Of CP has been working franticly on trying to come up with a position and solution on the citizen of Seratoah living in this fine land of ours. Like promised the government has come to a verdict of whether or not to allow the people of Seratoah to leave our nation. For the past 24hrs the Government of Canadas People has been using the nation wide bar code scanning device in an effort to track all citizens of Seratoah and inform them of the recent position their government has taken and the advice that has been given. The citizens were then given a choice to either stay in Canadas People or leave. Those who left were taken to the nations Exit Nation Building where they proceeded to go through the exit interview before leaving our country, much similar to that of a customs inspection. The citizens of Seratoah were then flown via a Canadas People military aircraft to the high Arctic were they were able to leave our country. They were then placed through the traditional ritual that all citizens leaving our nation go trough. They were placed on ice flows (which can be seen below) and cut away from land and left to perish.

It is at this time that I wish to inform any government who wishes to come and rescue these citizens that they may not be touched until they reach international waters for the waters they are in currently in belong to Canadas People and our heavily guarded for fears of attacks. However if the government is contacted with a special request, access may be given to enter our waters and claim the citizens on the ice flows. But once the ice flows cross into international waters they are fare game anyways.

The Government of Candas People wishes to thank the Government of Seratoah for advising its citizens to leave. The polar bears will be quite happy.

Prime Minster Heinz Pubin: For many hours now my senior administration and myself have taken in all of the complaints that have been voiced about our traditional ways of casting off our citizens into northern ice flows. A tradition the Canadas People have been doing for many years. However with the up raising of complaints from other nations the government is looking towards re adjusting its way. In a onetime show of sympathy the citizens who were cast off into the far waters of the north will be given a grace. Effective immediately the Government of Canadas People will be contacting an S&R team to fly out and hopefully rescue the citizens of Seratoah only. Others may be left on the ice flow but the citizens of Seratoah will hopefully be brought to the safety of their nation. It is in the interest of this government that the loss of human life be only of that of the weak and not of the strong. The test of placing citizens on northern ice flows has been a tradition of Canadas People for many years now and a strong way of weeding out the weak.

The government of Canadas People is prepared to work with the search and rescue team in an effort to locate the ice flow. Last reports however indicate that the flow has increased and speed and the weather has become increasingly dangerous for S&R plans or helicopters to commence their runs. The government at this time however is looking for alternate measures if the weather does not improve within the following days. The administration and myself will work round the clock in an effort to make sure the citizens get off the ice flow. We will not sleep comfortably till they do

Canadas People Military Sends Out Search and Rescue Team

CO C.P.F.B. Catamoch: At approximately 0800 this morning I the Commanding Officer of Canadas People Forces Base Catamoch order out the Search and Rescue team stationed at this base to fly out and attempt to rescue those who were cast of from the nation some few days ago. The team consists of two CH-149 Cormorant and one CC-115 Buffalo and are Canada People state of the art S&R devices. Last known reports of the citizens however were unknown so S&R teams were left with conducting a standard grid chart pattern in an effort to locate them as soon as possible. Latest reports show however show that current weather conditions in the region are deteriorating making it harder to locate the citizens as well making it harder for S&R members to fly. If the weather deteriorates anymore my senior staff and I will have to take into the consideration of the safety of our men and women in uniform searching for these people. This may result in us calling them back to base and allowing them to proceed when weather conditions improve, for fear of loss of life or aircraft.

Myself am currently keeping the Prime Minster of Canadas People informed every step of the way and he has expressed the need to protect the safety of his S&R teams. He does not wish to see any more loss of life.

I will readdress the public when any new information occurs. Until that time I ask all citizens to prey for the safe return of our S&R team in these harsh, harsh conditions.

Snake Eater Military High Command: Press Statement.

In the last few hours, a Search and Rescue team was deployed to rescue the citizens of Seratoah by the government of Canadas_People. We are pledging our support for this operation. A Snake Eater aircraft carrier, complete with Snake Eater Marines, is in international waters at this time, should her assitance in locating the innocent people be required.
Weather conditions have worsened progressively throughout this operation, but we are confident that these people can be recovered. A search group of UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters and teams of Marines are on stand-by. We formally extend our help to the search effort

The Government Of Canadas People wishes to thank the Government Of Snake Eaters for pledging its support (if needed) in this time of great urgency. The government feels that at this time it does not require any further assistance but is happy to know that in case it does it is standing by.

Satellites over the Arctic circle report a severe weather system moving over Russia and expected to move onto Alaska and Canada by this evening. Reports from stations on the ground in Russian and Siberia report that this system is producing high levels of precipitation and reducing visibillity to near whiteout status, this has caused the grounding of all aircraft in Northern Russia and Siberia. Snake Eaters confirms the weather system moving south. As a result, All Snake Eater Airlines travel to the region has been postponed indefinatley.

The Fleet headed to CP has been turned around and is returning home. With new found self assurance the Emperor sleeps easier.

However he has yet to inform the people that no S&R team will be sent, simply because all available teams are busy. Yet he still sleeps easy.

Search And Rescue Team called off do to poor weather conditions.

With the current harsh conditions of a total arctic blizzard upon us, and the risk it poses to both an aircraft and its crew, I regret to inform all nations concerned with this issue that the Prime Minster of Canadas People has requested that all S&R teams be withdrawn from the area. For fear of loss of life and possible aircraft. It is with this news that I the CO of C.P.F.B. Catamoch have ordered back my S&R team that has been frantically looking for the citizens who were cast off into the ice flows in the early hours of yesterday morning.
In the short time that my team was able to conduct its Search they were unable to pin point a location of the ice flows of which the citizens were on.

Receiving current updates from the Canadas People Environmental Agency the weather conditions do not show signs of improving until the later hours of tomorrow afternoon. It is at this time that I will dispatch my S&R team again in an effort to locate these citizens. It is with great sadness that I call my teams back, but its what has to be done.

The aircraft carrier Nemesis has withdraw to a safe distance. The storm is causing a large amount of electromagnetic interference with her guidance systems, so to prevent potential disasters she has withdrawn. Once the storm clears, she will again move within range to aid the S&R teams. In the meantime, thermal imaging is being used in an attempt to locate the civilians trapped on the ice flows

Search and Rescue team re deployed

At approximately 1500est the S&R team whose efforts are greatly appreciated will be ordered back out to find the citizens cast off on the ice flows some two days ago. With weather conditions improving the team had no problems taking off and proceeded directly out to where they had left off in their grid pattern search formation. At this point in time the team has been able to get a somewhat clear fix of where the ice flow may have gone and are proceeding there immediately. With this news the Canadas People Navy has been ordered to join in the extraction of these citizens if they are to be found. A recent tip from an anonymous source was able to give our teams a clearer idea of where the citizens might be. With this being said the Canadas People Navy has sent 1 of the newly commissioned 956 Sarich Class (which is to be reclassified later) name CPS Monogamy into the region to assist in the potential rescue.


At this time the teams are still traveling to the potential location of the citizen. When positive confirmation of the location of the citizens has been found the public will be informed. That’s all there is for now

Satellites report that the weather front is passing and visibility is expected to increse to half a mile, air travel in northern Russia has been re-opened and military air in norther Siberia has been authorized but only on the conditioned that the aircraft have equipment that allows safe travel through low visibillity areas.

The Nemesis has rejoined the S&R mission, and her UH-60 Black Hawks are sweeping over the area in an effort to find survivours of the storm. Also, the Frigates Dauntless and Immaterial have joined the search, and are patrolling international waters for evidence of the broken ice flow. The nuclear submarine Intrepid is progressing at full speed towards the area of operations. Her arrival is expected within a few days

With more nations becoming involved with the attempt to rescue the stranded citizens the CP government would like to remind them that this is still a Canadas People issue. The generosity expressed by other nations in an effort to help is greatly appreciated. However the current government has very strong views about land boundaries and home land security and at this time would like to remind all nations participating to remain in both international water and airspace, as clearance has not been given to any nation to enter the boundaries of Canadas People. This falls within the policies of the Home Land security act. If the need arises nations will be given special clearance to enter CP airspace and waterways but until that time we ask that they once again remain in international waters and airspace

Due to a press statement just released, the Nemesis has withdrawn her Black Hawks, instead deploying F-16/C Fighting Falcons to sweep international airspace searching for remenents of the ice flow. The Intrepid has been re-ordered to support combat troops in a battle in the desert, close to the coast of Africa
