ITD celebrates birth of three billionth citizen.

At 4:01 AM this morning, the empire celebrated the birth of its three billionth civilian. The child, named Alexander Holt, was greeted with various gifts from the empire, including a full ride scholarship to the college or university of his choice. Plans are in development for one year from now on the birthday of the child, an empire wide celebration will be held.
