Much as I hate to say this, his border probably isn't badly defended. You see, when a nation knows that war has been declared, it doesn't just sit and wait. Border defences are prepared, military units moved, states of emergency declared. Its for him to say how defended his border is. Please, do yourself and everyone else a fovour, and read all the Stickies at the top of the forum.
Don't take this as an insult. You have potential, you just have to use it.
What is the purpose of this delclaration? What has he done? These are questions that me and my people need to know. If no answer is recieved we will defend the defending nation at all costs.
