The Chronosian Imperium is willing to trade or sell the ancient secrets surrounding the creation of the Primarchs and the mighty warriors of the Adeptus Astartes. For a price; we shall sell these secrets; along with geneseed from the existing Chronosian Space Marine legions. We hope that the widespread proliferation of this technology will enable greater warriors to be birthed; and through this, greater wars to be waged.

Aside from the means to create them for yourself; well, nothing, unless you wished to integrate our technology to improve upon your existing warriors, while not actually creating Space Marines...
