In response to the actions of the nations of Phonque and The Gate Builders, the Sebecean Congress ordered the closeing of the Victoria Isle and the I-HERO complex. All scientists, doctors, and others of that nation have been isolated and arrested. Reports are that only about 200 personnel from both nations have been deported. The Congress put forth this order in response to the slandering rumors issued by the nation of Phonque. All personnel from The Gate builders will be released, but Phonquian Citizens will be held untill a formal apology has been issued by their government and to make sure any of their personnel have not place any sort of device to harm the citizens of the Sebecean Democratic Imperium. This evening, the Setian-Sebecean leadership halted work on the I-HERO project and imprisoned the five Phonquian scientists that had been working there. As you know, Simon Boruwe, Angela Wome, Brett Idama, Natasha Dimka and Peter Ndubuoke were preparing to leave after Setian-Sebeceans' genocide of Muslims came to light. My thoughts are with them and their families. They went to Victoria Island to help to make the world a better place, to serve science and mankind, and now they are being held as political prisoners, to punish Phonque for making a stand against despotism, fascism and mass murder.

But in that 287 years before the formation of the Phonqui state, the Patriarch Emperor Furion Miniah declared that that old tradition was to be dissolved in order to move the Sebekkan religion into this new world. Still today homosexuals in the eyes of the majority of Sebeceans, are seen as 'virus that walks on our soil'.

Ever since those small occurances the Sebecean Government for the past 287 years has remain a peaceful nation.

How they are being treated is irrelavent as is the issue behind the inccident between your two governments. You have violated international LAWS! Release these people IMMEDIATELY! There will be no negotiations from us. Failure to comply will lead to the invasion of your territory.

Agreed, but the observes will only observe civil rights standards, and if they attempt to enter the realm of military policy(training) they can be subject to Sebecean law, including espionage. But as long as they follow basic and respect the Sebecean Imperial Declaration(Very similar to US Constitution) they will be treated with hopitality and everything they need will be provided. And as you can see on my nation page, civil rights are 'Good'.
