A man enters on the Atlantean side, and exits, ignoring the iris as if it wasn't there.

Be aware that only we can establish aaa wormhole between Earth and Atlantis, due to the fact you require a ZPM, and we believe yours is used up.Perhaps we can negotiate with you for one?Anyway, just send your delegates within 24 hours. If you do not, we will try again every year, so you do not lose the opportunity to see those from whom you evolved."

The lead councillor presented the Brig. Gen. with a ZPM power device.

Brig. Gen. looks at this odd looking Device thinking to himself what the hell is this but takes it from the hands of the Atlantean man and says thanks.

Looking Around the room they are all amazed about the kind of People this race are, Technolicy Advaced but yet still very down to earth people.

General Oniel Turns to The council And inquires about when dinner time is cause after their long jurnory he is a bit hungry......

"Feel free to look inside our ships.They are certainly interesting, even to us.Oh, and our engineers will tell you how to use the ZPM, I see you haven't got a clue."

The councillor grinned, and led the delegates towards the jumper.

Oniel Talks to The Council About The Possibality Of share Tech And Information, We were wondering if you would like to Enter in to a agreement with regurds to the chance to open up the Stargate Network to other nations in My Planet and also Throughtout, Our Galaxy ( ooc thinking about setting up a store Front )

"An interesting proposal.We may be able to share some of our hardware, but technological secrets are not a possibility.We can give you some weapons, but don't try to reverse-engineer them, they'll just explode.Introducing some of this stuff would be disastrous to the universe. Introducing fusion weapons to stone-agers is a good comparison. You just don't do it.We do not mean to offend you, we hold an affection for the second evolution of our species, that is to say, you. We cannot do it. We are willing to give you a free reign in your galaxy with the stargates, we'll even give you some gate adresses. We would also have to tell you that our weaponry can only be used by people with a gene that us, the 'Ancients' as you call us posess. We can give some of your people the gene, we can even engineer some weapons that do not require the gene for you to sell or use as we see fit.I apologise about not being able to give you hard data, but...You should understand. With regards to the gate network idea, we are willing to hand out 'licences' if you will, which require those who want them to pay you a sum of money for each year they wish to have network access.
