As the UN Delegate for the Federal Commonwealth Society and i am here proposing a new and potentially powerful organisation called the Anglosphere Alliance (AA).

The AA objectives are to make an alliance between all of the British, Australian, New Zealand, Canadian and American regions.
Let the language we share strengthen the bond we already have and join the AA in a unity that will enable us to protect all member regions and undertake agenda's that will benefit Anglosphere nations.

Am I correct in assuming that the "bond we already have" is in reference to the nations that were at some point a part of the British Empire?

Yes, because the British Empire is the reason that Anglosphere nations exist.
