Think before you post.
Look at the other alliance topics. They have big impressive constitutions. this has a couple lines saying "D00d! We R defence p/-\(t!". Other rules would be nice, lists, impressive stats, and all that.

If I was feeling any more confrontational and crule, or not quite so apathetic, I'd declare this an attack on the sovereignty of all nations(we 'must join' afterall) and crushify him. With volenteer militia.
But then, I'm in one of those moods wherein crushing small helpless things is FUN, so *shrugs*.
