<open communiqué>
'Good evening fellow Guffingfordii citizens.

I am speaking as The Great Leader of this proud nation and my heart is bleeding. For the first time in Guffingfordii history we will close the borders* completely for an unspecified amount of time. Especially the Finnish and Polish borders will receive extra security, which will remain classified. Today I am also proud to announce the Augustine Defense Line (ADL) going from the Norse border with Russia, down to Finland, Luthuania (also Kalingrad region) and Poland. Germany falls under another secret project of a joint defense system. However, I do like to set the record straight about any diplomatic talks: we are open for them. Please dispatch a message at the office of Mr Signoli DeFelice and he will take care of it in person.

The case with Daikerta and Neo-Wu is this; they declared war on us so they do not deserve the privilege of the start of peace talks. We have no intention to bargain with them.'

OOC *: borders have always been closed, this is the first time the government admits it having them closed.

Would trade be affected?
