OOC: This is a spin off of 'Vengeful Execution' as Arab Socialists raised concerns about Farmina's human rights record.

IC: Justinian stood quietly in the hall of his private airport. "Dirty Arabs," muttered the High Priest, "Evil Socialists."
He paced back and forward, awaiting their arrival, calling God to make them see the truth.
Guards kept the sight well locked down, as Grand Chancellor Vernis signed papers that his aids were running to him.
Justinian could only wait.

Then the plane touched down and the delegates emerged.

*At a meeting of the National People's Congress*
Second Minister opened the emergency meeting by announcing "As you all know, we as well as our Islamic brothers and the nation of Eskvindblair have delegates going to Farmina."

yelling and shouting broke out as one of the members of the Congress yelled "Christian Fascist fools!". "Quiet!" yelled the Prime Minister, Mohammed El-Shabazz, the young 26 year old stood tall in the front of the congress, it was clear by the expression on his face he was tired from the recent standoffs. "Let him speak." finished El-Shabazz. "Thank you" replied Vice-Chairman Ahmed Malik,

"Our delegation is to look into the human rights abuses and actions of terror we have heard about from our sources inside Farmina. One case even reported large genocides being committed against the civilians of the country. Concentration camps, torture chambers, the works. We have heard about all of it and if these reports are true we have no choice but to save the people of Farmina in the name of Allah." declared the Second Minister. Vice-Chairman of the Committee for National Defence, Ahmed Malik said "Even if they haven't done anything, we need to invade them. For years the Western nations have looked down upon the Arab world and tried to take what is ours, for years great nations and people like Saladin have defended us from the Western Christians. But, now it is time to rebuild the Islamic world and all Islamic and Arab people should follow the Great Socialist Jamahiriya of Karuchea. Comrade El-Shabazz is our guide and the leader of the Green Revolution which has brought direct democracy and socialism to our nation via the Third Universal Theory. His leadership is just as good as Saladin's and under his guidance we will gain victory no matter what the circumstances!"

*the Chairman of the Committee for National Defence and Prime Minister of the Great Socialist Jamahiriya of Karuchea stood up and began to speak* "Most certainly we could not defeat Farmina alone, that is foolish to speak, however, Quezadria is developing and we are sending very generous aid in their direction so they would help without a doubt. Prachanda is the second-in-command of the Arab world and is extremely loyal to us. Eskvindblair, despite not being Arab, is a nation that has always been friends with us ever since our days under Communism. Ganapathy is in the same category as Quezadria. We have the support of several nations incase of a declaration of war, so no one should be concerned about anything. The Third Universal Theory is the Ideology of the 21st Century and is the future of the world. Our theory perfects Socialism and combines True-Socialism and Islam in a way never seen before. We will not be defeated today, not tomorrow and not ever because we are a nation and peoples graced by Allah and as long as he is on our side, we will prevail!" *the entire Congress stands up and applauds cheering and chanting "Long Live El-Shabazz, Praise be to Allah"

*meanwhile in Farmina, the delegates are arriving by plane, the last plane in the air is close to arriving and is the plane of Karucha delegates*
"Do you think we will make it out of here alive?" asked one delegate. "Of course, we are simply here to see what is going on, why would anything happen to us?" was the reply from the delegate in the seat next to him. "I don't know, if the rumors about the genocide and tortures are true, I mean, if they are willing to do that to their own people then they are guided by Satan and would be more willing to do it to us. Never trust a Christian." replied the first delegate. "Hmm. We will see when we get there. Now all we can do is wait and see, just wait and see."

Justinian stepped foward to meet the delegates.
"I am Justinian, the Highest of Priests," he said, and lightly added, "I have been thinking of changing my title, its rather ridiculous."
He offered out his hand for shaking, "Limos are ready to take you to your hotels."

President Hamas of the Arabic Jamahiriya of Quezadria walked into the room, he was actually quite nervous, after all, he was going to be meeting with the heads of 3 other nations, one of which was his hero. Hamas stepped into the conference room of the Great Hall of Allah where Prime Minister Mohammed El-Shabazz of the Great Socialist Jamahiriya of Karuchea, Premier Aliyah of the Islamic Jamahiriya of Prachanda and President Ahkmed Hajj Zarqawi of the United Arab Socialist States of Ganapathy were all waiting. He shook hands with Zarqawi and Aliyah, but froze when he was about to shake hands with El-Shabazz. El-Shabazz smiled and said "Do not be afriad, I am merely a man!", they then shook hands and began the meeting. El-Shabazz began the report

"Our nations are all Arab Socialist nations dedicated to Islam and Socialism. The strongest nation out of all of our nations as far as the economy and military is concerned is Karuchea. We in Karuchea are self-reliant in arms and machine production for our military and also 80% self-reliant in trade. We also have the largest trade surplus in the Arab Socialist world. As the strongest nation, it is our Socialist and Islamic duty to help the developing nations."

The second report began as Premier Aliyah began to speak, "In Pracha, we are holding firm in our efforts to build a Socialist economy and a nation built on the will of Allah. Despite our economy collapsing and continuing to decline for two decades under a brutal dictatorship, under Arab Socialism our economy has experianced growth and has nearly recovered from a two decade fall in merely two years. We are well experianced in matters involving national defence and have the best trained police forces and military on this side of the globe."

The third report began as President Zarqawi began to talk, "Our nation of Ganapathy is the youngest of all Arab Socialist nations. As a new nation which is underdeveloped we find it hard to build a Socialist economy. We have quite good agricultural production, but we have very little industry for producing anything."

President Hamas started the final report "In Quezadria, following the devastation of the War of National Defence, we were in the struggle to rebuild. However, after more than a decade we made little progress. Under Arab Socialism we have rebuilt, however, we were still a very poor nation and even now that we have rebuilt we are back to the same poor level. We have a variety of natural resources, but we do not have the technology nor the expertise to get them. We are the poorest of all of the Arab Socialist nations and we want this to change."

As soon as the report finished Prime Minister Mohammed El-Shabazz stood up and said "Here are the provisions, we in Karuchea will provide the technological, monetary and scientific aid to Quezadria so that they can tap into their natural resources, these resources will build the Quezadrian economy, some of these resources however, will also go into helping the other Arab Socialist nations with the things they do not have. Karuchea will also provide industrial aid for Ganapathy so that they will be able to use these resources to create even more production. All nations will be sold cheap arms by Prachanda in exchange for the resources and products. Military aid will also be provided to Ganapathy until their economy develops. This plan for mutual growth and the building of Socialism, I call it ARab COmmittee for Mutual Economic Growth, you can shorten that to ARCOMEG. All of the heads of nations ratified this and ARCOMEG was formed.

Meanwhile in Farmina...

The delegates looked over the economic and population statistics they had been given by the government of Farmina. One delegate from Karuchea put down the economic charts and said "Things actually appear to add up economically. However, if they were using a bunch of money to commit genocide and torture, I'm sure they wouldn't be listed as "Genocide and Torture" so who knows if they do commit horrors what the money is listed under or if these numbers are real at all." Another delegate, who was from Quezadria replied "Population wise, I would have estimated a higher growth, this could be a sign of genocide, however, the gap is not conclusive enough at all and simply could just be nothing." Tomorrow marked their trip around Farmina to look into things. But, for now everyone was just tired and went back to their hotel awaiting the next day.

OOC: Are you all one person, I think so? Or is there more than one noob. I remember when I was a noob, so I won't ignore your post. But first you should have shaken hands with Justinian and let me driven you to the hotel, rather than doing what you damn well please like give yourself economic stats. You shouldn't RP other nations people full stop. If you want to go on a trip around Farmina you will have to ask.

IC: Grand Chancellor Peter Vernis had been given the task of looking after the delegates, providing them with what they needed.
"Excuse me, sir," to the delegate mentioning population statistics, "Farmina actually has quite high population growth if you compare," giving statistics from neighbouring islands, "But as you say no conclusions."
"Whatever you want, I shall provide just ask," said Vernis.

OOC: Actually, the way I run things in Green Revolution is I assign each person one aspect of the story that involves their nation and then continuing the basic story. Everyone in the region can use anyone else in the region's people in a RP as long as they do not interfere with the national sovereignity of that nation. The entire goal of this is to give the very new people (such as Ganapathy) a chance to RP and grab the basics of RPing. I applogize for Ganapathy's errors, but Quezadria was assigned by me to continue the story and sign an economic treaty between the Islamic nations. However, neither Quezadria nor Ganapathy followed the rules of presenting to me their RPs first for me to confirm that they meet the standards, abide by the rules and carry on the story correctly. I pointed out in the previous topic before this, delegates were from all Green Revolution nations which include myself, Quezadria, Ganapathy, Prachanda and Eskvindblair. however, if you wish, I can limit this to just myself, Quezadria and Prachanda as we have the most RP experiance or you can chose for it just to be me representing the group.

OOC: I dont mind if you all RP, and RP for each other as long as you don't RP for me and you don't make up rubbish. And some points I put on Ganapathy's thread.

*in the office the next day*

Delegates sat around the table and compared economic statistics as well as the population growth rates of the surrounding areas. One delegate quietly said to the rest of the group "I don't buy it for a minute, these numbers are either false or very old, all records I have seen are qute different from these." another delegate replied "These actually could be very new as I believe new numbers were just released.". The lead delegate, Muhammed Bashar approached Grand Chancellor Peter Vernis and requested that the delegates be allowed to be taken around the country to search for signs of human rights abuses.

"Very well," said Vernis, "I can take you anywhere, or everywhere, but the second may take some time."

It had been a long day, the delegation had been taken to several areas of interest, but had found nothing to prove the claims, now they were on their way back to the hotel, without any just evidence, they would be leaving the next day. "I can't believe we didn't find anything." said one delegate. Another replied "They probably found a way to cover it all up before we got here, who knows." Muhammed Bashar commented "I don't think so, they have excellent human rights, even better than ours, I don't see secret police snatching people from their homes". One delegate looked at Bashar, but didn't say anything. When at the hotel, this delegate went outside and made a phonecall.

OOC: Leaving so soon, and I would have rather shown you some sights, I'll put them in now. Also let some of your little friends post as well, more mixed opinions would be interesting.

IC: Highlights of the Journey
^Grand Chancellor Vernis took the delegates through the farms. They were all dead, as Crazed Marine contractors worked to re-grow them.
"The Crazed Marine war criminal who now hangs, did this, poisoned our food in an attempt to slaughter us. Now the Marine nation supplies us with all our food while they repair our fields."

^Vernis showed the most devestated place in Farmina to the delegates.
"This is our former capital, Abbey village. That there used to be the Golden Abbey, home of the High Priests. In a massive missile strike the great demon criminal destroyed the town, the Abbey and a good friend of mine the Third High Priest." A tear nearly came to Vernis's eye.

^Vernis showed the Shrine where the cases from the ebola missiles sat.
"The Great Demon of a Marine truely wished we were all dead."

^Upon returning to Verica, after showing many other sights, Vernis pointed to the Great Demon, the Marine War Criminal, General Hansard Blivx's burnt, mutilated body hanging from the elected council building.

As the inspectors looked around, they realized there was nothing wrong so far, the only odd thing they could find was that Muhammed Bashar was not anywhere to be found, apparently he had been called back urgently to Karuchea. One delegate called back to Karuchea, but no one in administations had ever heard of a Muhammed Bashar.

OOC: Yeah, I will get some of the others to continue their searching.
