The theory states that Universes constantly bud off each other as they die and are created. We intend to test this theory. We intend to use our interdimensional stress technology to find a new universe, close to the end. Then see if our other IDS ships can find the proto-universe.If we do, it would become the 'Law of Budding Universe'.We need suggestions for a better name.
