Over weeks of deliberation, Soviet Bloc has agreed to allow The Confederacy to annex the following into its commonwealth:

Dark Toned: Russia Minor (Soviet Territory)
The two nations have agreed to allow open trade and defense for the eachother. They agreed that their borders would be open to each other as of immediately.
The Czar attened a document signing in Moscow (Now under Confederate control) at 11AM today with Kagan Dokhturov. The two forsaw that this would be a wonderful choice for eachother both politically, economically, and personally. It will allow closer ties with their citizens and a spread for the Fascist way to other countries who wish to see the light. This has been William Pierce for White World Media.
