Commercial (same applies for flights within Moronyicka)-- All passengers are searched and scanned at the airport, they are then checked to see if they are on the "no-fly" list, there are 3 armed security guards on each plane, some passengers are questioned when they arrive at their destinations.

Noncommercial -- All noncommercial foreign flights are met by patrolling fighters and then escorted to a high security checkpoint where they will land. There, they are searched, scanned and questioned (they may be polygraphed) If the preceding is not done, the plane is shot down.

By sea

All oncoming foreign ships are met by patrolling ships and then escorted to a high security checkpoint where they will dock. There, they are searched, scanned, questioned (they may be polygraphed) and the cargo is searched. If the preceding is not done, the ship is told to change it's course, if it doesn't, it is destroyed.
