The rising rates of HIV infection and the overwhelming mortality rates in those nations suffering from HIV and AIDS, has prompted the Imperium to send a total of 130,000 vials of HIV vaccine along with 150,000 pamphlets on avoiding HIV infection. We hope this act of good will assists African nation in eradicating the HIV virus.
