Deepest apologies, it seems our Minister of Finiance had a bit of a breakdown and now beleives himself to be a chicken. Currently he is in the care of our govornment psychologists, and being shown various diagrams and pictures. Sadly he is unphsed by the logic that the chicken has been extinct in Dontgonearthere for over three hundred years.
